Pacific Palisades Appliance Repair

This is by far the worst appliance repair service I’ve used. I called two weeks ago because my dryer wasn’t working, they sent a technician and the «repair» cost 387 dollars (!!!). For a moment I hesitated if I should buy a new one, but I agreed to pay that price. He came to «fix» it and a week later the dryer began to make a weird squeaky sound. I called the company to have him come again and they said the technician would call me directly. He didn’t call so I called again, when he finally called he said he would come the next day. He didn’t. Then, it’s been like that over and over again. I call the company, they say the technician will call me to schedule he doesn’t, I call the company again, leave messages, etc until he finally calls to schedule an appointment but he never comes. Still waiting, ugh!!!

Excellent service from Stan, the day service was called for.
Very thorough, efficient, clean and timely. repair or my Maytag dryer.

I called Pacific Palisades Repair one day ago and they came out today. I have a Frigidaire front loading washing machine and it stopped working, just when I needed it the most (potty training my son). I called Sears and they couldn’t send out a repair person for a week. Stan came over and was here for 4.5 hours. He worked relentlessly in trying to fix the issue. We needed a new pump, which he had on his truck, and luckily not a new computer board, so he worked around having to replace that!
I highly recommend him!!!
