Tommy Chan is great. But the mother bank itself is not customer orientated. Poor watch on identity theft, fails in providing checks with statements. Recently W/​O notice it ended providing downloads to Quicken knowing this would screw a good per percentage of its customers.
Maybe it was to help pay their fines relating to «settlements stem from a federal government squeeze on conduits for drug money and terrorism funding.» See

Ridiculously slow. The tellers are decent, but the bankers are extremely slow. Even with customers waiting, they’re chatting away wasting time. 30 minutes to get a single document notarized. I should’ve just walked across the street and went to Chase.
Parking isn’t too clear but I saw some spots in the back.
Street parking also available.
Inside of the branch is nicely designed. Waiting chairs could be more comfortable.
No refreshments.
Considering the area we are in, I would expect better.

Every Citibank I’ve gone to has always given me great service and always go out of their way to help.
It’s a great feeling since it makes you feel like your business is greatly appreciated. I don’t feel like another customer or number for them. They value your business.
