Great Facility, conveniently located, excellent pricing and very friendly and informative staff, including Ruben who help complete my reservation walking me clearly through all aspects of the contract. Access is limited to office hours which at first glance seems inconvenient until you realize the positive which is that your items are safely attended and you don’t risk strangers roaming the aisles unsupervised. Highly recommended.

Excellent Customer Service. Prompt assistance from very polite employees. The location is very clean and rates are competitive. Quiet neighborhood so not much in the way of traffic. Rooms are located on two floors accessible by huge elevator so it was easy to move my things.

Ruben was amazing! He stayed late on Friday night to help me with a crisis I had with my moving company. After not being able to receive the move (due to strict co-​op rules) and being turned down by the first storage company, Ruben was the only person willing to help me in the entire day! I am so grateful that he was so friendly. The facility is also really clean.

Treasure Island Ozone Park really was a perfect storage facility for my needs. I was new to the storage scene and looking for something just for a couple boxes and pieces of furniture. The staff here made sure all my needs were met and that I felt safe and secure leaving my belongings in their hands. The facility was completely clean, well-​managed, and very secure. Everything was explained with crystal clarity to me, and I was welcomed back BY NAME every time I returned to my unit. Wendy helped me get set up with a unit and then was there every time I came back to help me with any additional needs. They were a great group– I would highly recommend them as a storage facility.

Friendliest staff ever. Clean facility, very helpful. They actually keep their word and have their discounts. People hogged the dollies and the staff was quick to remedy it by addressing the issue. Although a small staff, they find you in the facility if they need to return your identification or talk to you about any other issue. They are great and my previous experiences with storage have never been this good.

Excellent place to store your personal belongings. Very safe, very convenient, and also very accommodating. The staff here is great. The desk girl Geraldine is awesome. She helped me out with an issue i had due to payment. Any issues that i had were solved on the spot and there # 1 priority is just like mine. .CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. .if anyone needs any type of storage, this is the place to go. definitely will re use this facility again… ALSO VERY CLEAN…

I have been using Treasure Island storage since they opened this location. All of the employees there, are professional as well as courteous. Wendy Dookie is the best. She is extremely helpful, calm and kind at all times. We had a little issue at one point shortly after obtaining the unit, but was immediately helped and compensated for the inconvenience. I will still give this business 5 stars because of their customer service and immediate attention to any and all of my needs at the time of my issue .
I would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family. They maintain a clean well kept and safe environment for you and your belongings whatever they may be.

Wendy at Treasure Island Storage is a delightful breath of fresh air. She, is pleasant and professional. She strikes a delicate balance of being genuinely friendly and courteous. I feel welcomed whenever I enter the location. She has been very helpful and accommodating and I am pleasantly surprised by the high level of customer service that I have received at this particular facility, it is refreshing to know that my dollars and I are respected and apprecaited!
The storage area is simple and effective. It is clean and well lit. I feel safe.

I have been using Treasure Island Self Storage for about six months now and can’t rave enough about how great my experience has been.
The staff is very friendly and helpful and make my weekly trips to my unit very pleasant. They are also very accommodating to receiving and holding my shipments and promptly notifying me as they arrive.
The facility is very large, clean and affordable. The security is also great as a password is required to drive into the lot.
I must say that after «storage unit shopping» for some time, I have finally found the perfect place. It’s everything I could possibly want in a storage facility and more.
I Highly recommended it!

A few months ago the lease on my apartment expired, and I had a short period of time to move out. I was frantic and a good friend of mine told me to call Treasure Island Storage. They helped me to get a truck and my valuables were in storage that same day. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and showed me a variety of options to help find the most economical solution for my storage needs. The storage units are first floor, extremely clean and far above my expectations. Treasure Island has a state of the art security system. The rates are very affordable and the best in the area. If you are searching for a safe and reliable place to store your valuables, Treasure Island is the best place to go. The staff helped make my bad morning, it into a great day. I am forever grateful. I highly recommend it.

I am very lucky to have found Treasure Island! Our office is relocating to the area, but there was an unexpected shipment we had no place to put. Storage was the obvious solution. The staff at Treasure Island was swift, efficient, and professional in helping to select the appropriate size room. Besides having the option of managing our account online, the facility was clean, the loading dock is huge, and there’s plenty of parking. It’s obvious Treasure Island can handle any job no matter how big or small, and I highly recommend them!

Please do not use this facility!!! The basement plumbing is old thereby causing backups in a heavy rain.
The staff are very poor communicators, the «Q» movers are thieves, who took my antique watch collection, self winding box, gps and many more items from my unit during my relocation from the basement to a higher floor.
The insurance does not pay I waited for over a month for my check it still haven’t arrive to this day. I spoke to the headoffice who promise they would call back in 24 hours, over three weeks now no response.
Keep Far!!! From this place. Guido contacted me alleging that have made attempts to contact me face to face, «what a blatent lie,» as if one doesn’t know what they own. Try again scamps!

I rented a unit at Treasure Island in Ozone Park because it is close to home. Also, very clean, has amazing security and a closed in locked parking lot. Loading and unloading is secure. Customer Service is the best. Very helpful in getting you a unit to fit your needs. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this storage facility.
