After an unfortunate incident with my cane last night, I had to have it replaced fast. I looked up online at different places that might sell canes. After a few phone calls and price inquiries at diferent stores, as well as personal inquiries, including the local drug stores I got through on the phone to a live person this morning. They let me know that they indeed sold canes. I asked them the price and the person who I was talking to did not know nor did they try to find out, telling me the prices vary. So I went there this morning early and went to the pharmacy counter. The clerk showed me where they were which was not in the pharmacy part itself but in the aisles. I was relieved to see they had a few left, all of which were adjustable metal canes. $ 21.99 later and I had my new cane.
