Staff is super rude, telling people ice cream is the last part of the buffet. Couldnt believe the manager said that, not a good look, their food is always the same and jesus the waitresses and waitors constantly staring lol they need new owners

I’ve always pass by this place every time I go to the supermarket but never stopped in. The exterior of the restaurant looks really run down and dingy so it never appealed to me. But I finally decided to stop in with my family. The food is very mediocre nothing special. Not a lot of selection to choose from. The sushi was just plain sad. Every time the snow crab came out some lady would take the whole tray. The people who comes and eat here can make you feel very uneasy. They would throw food everywhere. I would have to step over chicken wings to get to my table. Definitely not an environment I feel comfortable eating dinner at but the price is unbeatable. Very cheap for buffet but maybe that’s why you get the type people who would throw chicken wings on the floor.

Great selection and very quick service. Establishment is a little old. Price is reasonable. They open late and very good location.

This buffet had a very good variety. It’s very convenient and professional. You get escorted to your seat from the lobby to the dining are. They have drinks for sale if you want to have an alcoholic beverage while eating. The prices are a little high for takeout but I guess. Not all of the selections are to die for taste wise but it’s pretty decent tasting food. The setting is nice and elegant. Not too rowdy and it’s well kept. The staff is great and very accommodating.

Nice spot for variety. They had a good selection of items, including the jumbo crab legs, sushi, and raw bar of oysters, clams and mussels, which I enjoyed! The layout of the items in the food tables was odd. The seafood spreads across the entire buffet, rather than having all the seafood grouped together. Some favorites were the coconut shrimp, the vegetable lo mein, crab rangoon/fried cheese wontons. Nice to see leechee fruit in the dessert selections, it tasted refreshing after my ‘feast’

This is one of my favorite places. I love the décor of the place. Gives a very Asian feel. They have three food bars and they separate everything. The food is DELICIOUS!!! I have been coming here for years and travel a good 20 mins each time to eat here. The staff is amazing, esp Jason. He makes me feel so welcomed everytime!

Came here because we wanted Chinese food and the people were so nice and welcoming when we came in. We sat and they immediately asked us what drinks we would like. We felt ambitious and had small portions of everything and of course there was some things we didn’t like but the majority of everything was really good. A worker kept coming around and taking out any pieces of meat that were overcooked and there were also always people going around to refill the food trays when they were empty. We would leave to get a second plate and our dirty plates on the table would be gone when we came back. Quick service and the bill came out to $ 35 for two which isn’t too bad for a Friday night dinner!

This buffet is located in a shopping center and it’s certainly not the best looking restaurant but never judge a book by its cover! I took the risk and tried it and I loved the food! My experiences here have all been great! I’ve been here quite a few times and I will continue to go! The food here is great and the staff is very personable! Also, for the price you certainly can’t go wrong!

It is what it is. It is a Chinese buffet, the food gets refilled quickly… some items can be on the stale side, but if the dish is almost empty they will refill it with fresh hot food. It’s not a place I crave, but if i am going to eat Chinese food, might as well come here and pay a few dollars more than what I would pay at the neighborhood Chinese food and get unlimited portions. Their seafood selection is very good. Taste wise its about the same as any Chinese food you would get in any of the boroughs I think.

Decent-ish food if you’re REALLYHUNGRY. Hustled me out and hovered as I payed the bill. Asked for tip and didn’t get my change back. Then all servers were talking staring at me. Very unpleasant experience. And I still tipped… for what reason, I don’t know.

We decided to go to dinner here since it’s so close. Not a good choice. We arrived at 4:30 on a Saturday. The selection wasn’t very good — they claim to have sushi, in which there is only 1 plate of a combination of different types of rolls. It is a lot of American style food mixed in with Chinese food. Most food had been sitting out — it was dried out and not fresh at all. The food that had sauces(General Taos, Coconut Shrimp) were very thick and heavy — very distasteful. Much of the food just didn’t taste right, and I’ve been fighting ever since I got home if I should run to the bathroom or not. It also doesn’t help that a few of the patrons were not sanitary and could not wait until getting a plate or going back to their table before grabbing food with their hands and eating right at the buffet tables. Crab legs are a part of the dinner price/menu, but in the entire time we were there, nothing was out in the buffet. Once we were in the middle of dessert did they bring out a small batch of hot crab legs. We asked the waitress how often crab legs were brought, and she mumbled something(we couldn’t tell if it was that she was going to check or bring us a manager) and walked off, and never returned. Another waiter came and took care of our check. After he ran the credit card, he waited at the side of the table for us to sign the receipt and tip, and took it right as my boyfriend has finished signing his name. Before leaving, we noticed our previous waitress was a table or two away from us, and had chosen not to return to us. $ 15 isn’t expensive for a buffet in this area, but this place was not even worth half that. I would definitely never return.

6 o’clock Thursday night… Dried out chicken, veggies, egg rolls — everything! 30 bucks for 2 sub-par buffets… waste of money and calories. Don’t waste your time.

I have been coming here for years and it’s one of my favorite buffets. Granted the décor is a bit outdated but that can be easily overlooked. I really like the manager here because he is always so friendly and helpful. He is excellent at hosting the guests and were always glad to see him around. The serving staff is pretty cool as well, they are friendly attentive and speedy with drink orders. As far as the food goes, I really like it! They have a great selection of Chinese, Italian, American and Spanish favorites. Naturally it’s not all authentic to the cultures but they are tasty, hot and nice to have. They also are pretty good with the frequency of crab legs served. Ultimately when it comes to the Queens Buffet you just have to appreciate it for what it is. It’s not some fancy, flashy, modern buffet. It’s a local buffet that’s been around for a while; it hasn’t really been updated as far as interior décor, but the staff is really great and the food is consistent and delicious! I love coming here, and always see it as a treat. Nice Pluses + They have an ice cream machine, with vanilla and chocolate ice cream and sprinkle and fudge toppings. + They have a cool water running fountain with live fish in it, at the center of the restaurant . + The place is spacious and good for hosting birthdays.
