History

Established in 2011.

As the founder of Première project management, I have witnessed project managers and team members struggle and flounder through the process project completion using the process of «trial and error» and approach project planning, implementation, monitoring, and closing in a hap-​hazard manner. I developed an easy to understand and use course focusing on the essentials of project management. I in turn used this knowledge to help the U.S. Government save over one million dollars, and avoid a costly waste in time, effort, and resources. This same knowledge is available through onsite training, because I will come to your organization/​business and conduct this one (1) day course for the very reasonable flat fee of $ 500.00 for up to 10 participants.
