I have never received such appalling service. Sears sent this company to repair my microwave/convenction oven(they contract with them) which was under warranty. At the first appointment, they claimed that the repair couldn’t be made because it was«a two man job» and they didn’t have the part necessary to repair it. They assured me they could get the part in 3 business days and would call me the next day to confirm and make the next appointment. I called this company every day for the next week and never got an answer or a return call. When I finally called Sears, they spoke with the company who told them I had an appointment for the next day(which I certainly hadn’t made, as I was out of the state). When I called the company to find out what time this appointment was they told me «actually, we can’t fit you in afterall.» So I made another appointment for a week later, which they then cancelled the night before, claiming there were no available technicians. When a technician did finally come, they arrived 1.5 hours late, it was the 4th appointment with this company, and it had taken nearly a month of unanswered phone calls and being jerked around by Greater Works to get the repair done.
