Not the best in terms of customer service in this forgettable part of MD, but if I have to suffer longer than normal wait times, unskilled and potty-mouthed employees, and a generally unclean ambience I’d rather go for the food here rather than the neighbouring McCraps. At least the burgers here are not fresh out the microwave like at the classic competition. Oh well, on those rare occasions when I want to be mean to my body, I’ll flip a coin and dander to the drive-thru here or Wendy’s. Don’t bother going inside unless you want to witness and experience a variation of poor customer service. I can already imagine Nelson Muntz pointing at you in his very appropriate, customary way. I honestly do not know why I continue to torture myself by frequenting this establishment. As with most fast food places, I’ve never been inside, but I’ve been in the drive-thru more times than enough. There has never been a time that I’ve gone through this drive-thru without becoming annoyed. There is always more than one voice coming through the speaker when you place an order, and it’s really weird. Sometimes the people talk over each other… like one person can be asking you«Will that be all?» while another random voice interjects in the background«What size again?!» Like, whaaaat? Cut that out. Also, I’ve never been in the line for less than 10 minutes… not even when I’m the only one there. Lastly, the last time I went there(yesterday), I decided I am never returning because I definitely saw a lady sticking her hands down her pants for whatever reason and then using those same hands to put fries in my bag. Disgusting.

I visited this establishment this evening at approx. 6:39PM and Janetta was the cashier, she was very rude and did not even speak she just started babbling off can I take your order even though she heard me speak to her. Once my transaction was complete I snatched my card from her hand and proceeded to get my drink. She said oh, no he did not snatch his card from my hand and I said indeed I did you rude idiot. Unfortunately, I am getting used to this behavior in this location, however Blu is one of the kindest ladies that works in there. The manager, who is always pleasant asked what happened I explained and left it at that. She said that she would address it, that’s not good enough for me give her job to someone who wants it. Furthermore Janetta is not a great representative for such a great company like BK.
