So it was almost an accident that I found this store, because I entered the shopping center from a different entrance to get to Ulta, which was the ultimately the main reason I came to the Collection last night. As I drove by I saw a sign that said New Markdowns (yay!) then I saw a really cute outfit from the display window and said to myself, «why not??» I’m so glad that I came in because I ended up walking out with 2 Fab Vegas dresses for this weekend!
As I entered around 7:45p last night, there was maybe 1 other customer shopping in the store, I loved that– it wasn’t crowded so it was like I had the store to myself! The store is organized by colors and occasion: fancy/​ballroom like dresses are located in the back corner, in the front right corner house the cocktail LBD’s and reds. As you enter to the left you find cute Spring-​like dresses and to the rear left you find the super casual, chill pieces. In the center of the store you find accessories and throughout the store you find shoes/​heels and purses.
Needless to say this is a very, very girly store. The workers are extremely helpful in finding what you need. As I would like to give this store a 5 star rating, the only downfall about this place would probably be the price of the items. For the different dresses that I tried on, the minimum price was $ 39.99, and for the material on some of them… they felt rather on the «cheap,» thin side– so that was questionable. My deciding factor for the pieces I purchased was of course the price and the thickness of the material.
If you aren’t happy with your purchase they have a decent return policy: with a receipt– full refund within 14 days; after 14 days you receive store credit, not bad.
I would definitely come back to this store to check out their casual pieces as they were super cute and things that I would wear on the daily.
FYI, they have a store at the Oaks mall in TO.

Girls were semi helpful, but what got me upset is that I tried to pay with American money ($ 100 bill) and they wouldn’t take it. Bad for business. My girlfriend shops here all the time and we usually use our debit card but if my AMERICAN money isn’t good here then that’s the last time they get our business.

Do not waste your money here! I ordered a dress for my daughter’s homecoming from their online store and it didn’t fit properly so I took it to their brick and mortar store and they wouldn’t even let me exchange it!!! It clearly stated on my packing slip that you could not do returns but you COULD exchange. I even asked to speak to the manager but the girl (who refused to tell me her name) said that she was the manger. So either she didn’t want to do her job or she doesn’t even know her own store’s return/​exchange policies. Because I was not able to even do a simple exchange my daughter almost had to miss her homecoming.

As I was shopping for a dress at Windsor one of the employees (white young woman) kept following me around the store just watching my every move. She wasn’t trying to be friendly or offer any assistance, in fact she didn’t even smile at me and was being very rude towards me. She made me feel very uncomfortable. When I finally found a dress that I liked I asked another employee if I could try it on, and the white employee straight out said «What is she going to try it on for? It’s not like she’s going to buy it anyway». Being a woman of color I know too well what it’s like to be discriminated against and this happens much too often in our society, and more people need to speak up against racism and discrimination to stop such ignorance and foolishness… not to mention unprofessionalism! It’s obvious that she hates herself otherwise she wouldn’t express so much hate towards others. It’s 2015 people! When is everyone going to understand that we are all humans and stop acting!

Great store we always end up here after went to Macys and all the other stores for homecoming, prom and any other dance events they’ve always found the dress they want here… but the store in Thousand Oaks not Oxnard. weird pulled up oxnard from Thousand Oaks Mall to check in

Great store for selection of evening, formal or special occasion wear. Lots of pretty dresses, long or short, glittery, glitzy, lacy or otherwise. Nice selection of dressy costume jewelry, as well. Reasonable prices. This one’s at The Collection in Oxnard, although it’s in practically every mall, too.

Workers there are very RUDE! One made my little sister cry from a comment she made to my sister, which was very unprofessional. They had a little section of dresses and there dresses aren’t well made. They look cheap! Never going to that store again. Don’t waist your time there.
