Was calling to get a quote for setting up a wireless bridge router. I got a price quote and was working out my options. I got a call back from Weyant Ent. and they told me they could send me some information that could help me with my problem thus avoiding the service charge! I was highly impressed with this company they went out of their way to assist me with my problem and for free! I will recommend them to family next time they need IT assistance. Michael was the best. He fixed all the shoddy work the last people did and made my internet work properly for the first time since I moved to this house. It was a complicated job and nobody else had been up to it. He also made the wires look so much tidier and advocated with me with my provider. As long as he is in business, he will be my tech guy.

Michael and his dad are awesome! I took my mom’s desktop to them because of an issue with the power button/​front bezel. Not only did they fix the problem by swapping out the bezel with a similiar one from another desktop, they didn’t charge me for the work! They will be getting my business from now on. Thanks!

Excellent, excellent service. I also hired Weyant Enterprises based on the Unilocal reviews — the other computer service company with favorable reviews did not show favorable reviews for the past 12 months, so I called Michael. I was able to get service on the date requested, I got both CPUs serviced, for a minimal fee. It actually took several hours to fix one of the CPUs, but I was only charged the per-​service fee, not a per-​hour fee. The issue was explained, and I was able to test the CPU before I left. I definitely will use them again.

I am an Office Manager at an OB/​GYN office in Oxnard CA. The office has been looking into upgrading our computer systems and possibly adding a server system for information storage. I contacted Weyant Enterprises after reading the Unilocal reviews. I was very impressed with Michael’s knowledge and ability to explain the technical aspects of what we needed in a matter that I could understand (absolutely no technical background). I have contacted other IT companies and found them all lacking in friendliness, and sheer willingness to help and give an honest estimate of what choices are available for cost effectiveness. I ultimately chose Weyant Ent. because I felt that I would get personalized service and that any concern I have no matter how trivial would never be ignored or dismissed because I don’t know computer lingo. Here is my story~
Three months ago, my brand new gaming computer desktop crashed. shut down by it self and went blank. I did system recovery and everything to get it back up again (I know the basics of computer). Feeling quite satisfy with myself, I then boot the computer and downloaded my games. During the installation, I kept receiving errors messages. Something about direct X error code, my standard VGA in device manager was marked, and many other issues. I thought it was a driver software program so I went out of my way from calling the customer service but they told me that it was just software problems and it can be updated and fix through the phone. I strongly disagree and ask to send my computer in for a check up and repair because it was still under warranty. Customer service then told me that if i sent it in and the computer still boot up perfectly fine, then they will automatically send it back without even checking if anything is wrong with it internally. Frustrated, I went ahead and bought this $ 30 software that helps me automatically update drivers. After I ran a scan and installed the proper drivers, I still could not play my games.
I found Weyant~
As a last resort, I doubtfully called Weyant and explained to them my situation. On the same day, I was able to bring in my computer and have it fix. When I brought it in a man named Vincent was there to help me take the heavy computer into his house and assure me that he can help me resolve the issue. While I was school, Vincent kept me updated with his diagnosis through emails and treated my computer very mindfully and gently (he called me to ask if he could empty my recycling bin). After several hours of taking out individual components of the computer to test it against his, he finally found the «culprit». One of my duo graphic card was broken! BUT the service did not end there. Vincent continued to research about my graphics card and its warranty information. He provided me with a website to get it replace because it has a lifetime warranty. Even though its missing one graphic card, Vincent never the less made it work again by switching the primary graphic card to the other duo one. He explained to me that I could still play games but my graphics wont be as good on screen because its still missing its partner. At the end of the day, Vincent charged me $ 40 dollars for the service. $ 40 dollars!!! That’s usually just for diagnostic. I felt like the work was above and beyond its worth so I gave an extra $ 10 as my way of showing gratitude.
IN CONCLUSION.
Weyant is fast, friendly, and is very genuine about their good work ethics. I definitely recommend you, your friends, and your families to come to weyant if you ever needed computer technical help. I will never go anywhere else as long as I live here.

Took my Toshiba Satellite because it randomly rebooted. Previously sent to Toshiba who said they fixed it and yes it worked for about a week and again started then increased frequency of reboots. Weyant ran extensive testing and provided a solution. Customer service is superior with continual updates on progress. Excellent price and complete customer satisfaction on my part. Highly recommended

Michael and his staff were able to diagnose the problem with my PC within thirty minutes (bad sectors in my hard drive, which needed to be replaced) after I dropped off the tower while I could not determine the problem through almost two weeks of tinkering for several hours a day. I consider my computer knowledge above average and was extremely impressed with Michael’s expertise, professionalism, friendliness, and prompt service. I have never sought outside help for a computer problem before and the experience with Weyant was amazing. They have my highest recommendation. I will surely use their services again if I run into problems. Prompt service, professionalism, and very reasonable pricing. You won’t be disappointed.

I took in an external hard drive that was not functioning. The error I received indicated that the drive needed to be reformated and I would lose all data on the drive. Michael took a look at it and didn’t seem to think I would have a happy outcome. I hung out and chatted with the guys of Weyant for a couple hours while they worked, good guys. To make a long story short they saved my data and charged me a reasonable price!

2 laptops wrecked by my little boy, most reasonable prices and excellent service. It is tough to impress me but I walked away impressed.

Weyant helped me with my computer, they gave me all the info I neeeded including links to web sites for downloads and even looked up where I could get a good buy on RAM (memory)
They were also very friendly.

After seeing the good reviews, I went to see for myself if they were true. It turns out that they were! They were understanding and tried as many ways as they could to help fix my problem (A corrupted hard drive). They made the process smooth and simple, which is definitely what I like. My hard drive crashed. I called Michael and within an hour he was at my office installing a new hard drive, which he had in stock, and re-​installing my backup. It all went smoothly and quickly!
