First of all. I love Wells Fargos customer service that’s why it’s my favorite bank. I have been to this location 2ce and they never go above and beyond to help me. The MANAGER Lara or Laura was so rude to me because I wanted her to clear a check for me and she couldn’t do it. It always gets cleared with the managers approval. So she gives me my check back and rolls her eyes at me. Not even an I’m sorry we couldn’t help you she just walked away and threw me my check. I have been here 11 years and have never revived such rude service. Who would even want her as a manager. I went to another branch the same day and I received excellent service. They processed my check and gave me the service I was looking for.

The staff is friendly and welcoming and most of the banker’s are good with their people skills. I used to love coming here for Pilar de Leon, but she was transferred. She would bring in her tea kettle and German sugar and share with me and provide the best service I’ve ever gotten.
The other bankers are are also friendly. I went in for a financial review as part of a promotion through Amazon for a free ten dollar gift card. He was friendly and helped me with my questions and didn’t give me any of those scripted responses we all hate, and he wasn’t pushing any Wells products on me either. He simply answered my questions and concerns.

The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. While waiting in line I was offered water. Plenty of tellers working so the wait in line was not too long.
After I was done I was thanked for coming in. The great thing is this location is open on Saturday 10 – 6 and Sunday 10 – 3.
