These guys are GREAT!!! They have so many options and a lot of support once you figure out what the best diet is for you. It’s a totally personalized approach and it’s nice to know there is a doctor involved. I did the Optifast diet and lost 15 lbs!!! It was so easy and I can’t wait to try the coffee diet! Everyone is so nice and sweet at the office and they always make sure I’m happy when I leave. I give them a double thumbs up and would definitely highly recommend to anyone who wants a personalized plan to lose weight that actually works!!! A+++++++++++++
