This company is a joke! I would never call this place to come repair my equipment. No manners, nor would he take the time to help me. To busy! Hang up on me. Ouch that sucks for you! I’m a business owner an would spread the word that your company is a failure

I just had a lovely conversation with the owner, who could have tried to upsell me on an expensive repair but instead directed me to an option for me to «DIY». That is, he COULD have charged me hundreds for a repair call, but instead he pointed out how I could fix the problem myself for $ 20. To me, that level of honesty deserves 5 stars!!!

Would you AND your spouse like to both change your plans to be available for these guys to show up… twice…and no one ever shows up. Call and the first thing out of their mouth is «oh, Thrify Budget is so crazy busy today!» That’s each time you call by the way. The next thing is «yes I see you have a 4:30 appointment…“but Thrifty… so busy… today». Next” where are you located”? Huh?, then“what’s your address”? Are you kidding me? Please folks. Boycott these guys so instead of them making plenty of $ because they’re soooooo busy and not caring if they actually show up when the customer has already had to ask for time off, or basically change their plans to accomodate these idiots, they will gradually just go out of business. Where they belong!

Got most of my $$$ back after I had to talk nasty to him. Check his contractor’s license… Doesn’t exist, nor does his EPA license. Do yourself a favor and hire anyone else…
