More specifically, Starters, Alternators, Power steering Pumps, Power steering Gear box, Power steering Rack & Pinion, Manual Steering Gear Box and Manual Rack & Pinion in addition we rebuild all sort of Hydraulic Pumps and cylinders.

We have served our local community for the last twenty years, and we expanded to the Web in 2002 to help customers all across the United States and even other parts of the world.

The Rebuilding Factory is the Web-​based arm of Express Parts Exchange, Inc. Our rebuilding headquarters is located in Oxnard, California.

Our customers include government organizations, large corporations, fleets, farmers, golf courses, auto parts stores, military, and automobile enthusiasts.

KOBI G.

Business Owner

Kobi was born 1949 in Israel.

1966 – 1969 He served in the IDF (Israel Armed Forces) as a technical sergeant.

In 1973 He came to the United States and opened a Deli and meat distribution business back east.

1987 He decided to sell and move to California and pursuit his true passion, CARS so he started selling rebuild Starters and Alternators from his PU truck going from one Auto garage to another He named his business Express Auto Parts Exchange business was good and in few short years he decided to open a Rebuilding shop himself.

In 2002 with the explosion of the Internet he joined the bandwagon and started The RebuildingFactory which is subsidiary of Express Parts and cater to all car enthusiast such as himself across this great nation.
