I got my eyebrows threaded here for the first time ever. My eyebrows turned out great. I am very satisfied and happy with the result. I went in on a Friday around noon. It got pretty packed in there after a few minutes & there was only one lady working. I did not mind waiting. I noticed the lady was not washing her hands nor cleaning them after each client & after handing the money. She wasn’t very welcoming nor friendly either. That’s the reason for 4 stars. Customer service wasn’t good but at least I’m happy with my eyebrows.

Been coming here for a year I believe. Never have problems. I love it here. First time coming on a Saturday. One lady workin here. I’ve been here for almost 30 minutes and 3 people walked out. They should really have 2 people on the weekends.

I tried this place for the first time because it is right around the corner from my home. I don’t think I will be returning.
For starters I entered into the business and was not greeted by either of the employees.
I signed in and waited to be called.
One woman went to go take care of two screaming children in the back room.
The other woman who did my eyebrows was very cold and not very friendly.
I also noticed she did not wash her hands after dealing with the client before me! Didn’t even use hand sanitizer! THAT IS DISGUSTING!!!
I woke up the next morning with pink eye in my right eye. I have not had pink eye for well over 10 years.
My face was also broken out. I have perfect skin. It never breaks out. I won’t be returning and I will be advising people to choose a different place.

First time ever getting my eyebrows done professionally. I used to wax my own eyebrows but the process was too long. Came here and got my upper lip & eyebrows done in about 4 minutes. I was so impressed but more impressed with how clean they came out! I’ve been back 3 times now! Whenever I waited more than 10 minutes they hooked me up with extra stamps which wasn’t necessary but they wanted to:) very happy with my experience with threading at this location

I came here after getting my hair done, desperately trying to find somewhere good and open on a Sunday afternoon. My regular spot in Camarillo was closed and my brows were looking haggard. The work was amazing! Normally after 2 weeks you need a touch up, my brows lasted longer. The process was quick and the girl was so friendly! I would definitely recommend coming here.

Today’s experience was very different from my last visit. Someone else was working and I had an unpleasant & painful experience. When she waxed my upper lip, she must have pinched the skin. When I pointed out the red mark where the capillaries under my skin broke, she claimed it was a «broken pimple.» I didn’t argue with her, but I did not tip her either. She mentioned she doesn’t work Mondays, and if I return to this store I will make sure it a day she’s not there.

Was looking for a place that did threading. Very reasonable prices but the wait time was longer then expected as one of the women had their baby in the back room so service was slow as a result. Once I got in the chair she took less then 5 min for a quick clean up. They do charge nominal a fee for using cards.

Stopped by this place on a whim and I happened to find the lady who used to do my eyebrows at Layla’s on Channel Islands. The prices here are incredibly reasonable: 8 bucks for an eyebrow threading. For my lip and eyebrows it’s only 13 bucks.
I love this place because the girl actually listens to what I say! I have never once walked out with a frown on my face due to pencil thin or overly arched eyebrows. They also have a stamp program– I believe your tenth visit is a free threading. Check this place out!’
