I don’t understand the previous reviewer whatsoever — their location isn’t even Oxnard! I’ve never once had a problem with Dr. Tamura or his staff. They have always been friendly, comforting, and more than helpful. Not once in the five years I’ve been a patient of his has he ever been too unavailable, especially not in the sake of physicians. He is a patient, funny, thorough doctor; so thorough in fact, that he ordered tests for my mother that wound up detecting the early stages of cervical cancer and treating it with the utmost speed, thus saving her life.
Really, does this sound like a «narcissistic» or «undermining» doctor? Any question I have had never goes unanswered, nor do he and his staff make me feel like I can’t ask a question regarding my checkup (which other doctors have made me feel).
I can’t recommend Dr. Tamura any more. He is fabulous and helpful. The last reviewer is crazy.

This is the WORST DOCTOR EVER in history of Doctors! I would never recommend putting your health or life at the hands of this man. He is the most narcisitic man that undermines your appointment to cash in and go on vacations whenever he feels. His staff is the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever seen, mind you they are the under achiever type workers that don’t care about you and want to do as minimal work as possible to get on with their pathetic lives. All a bunch of ladies that hate working there and are bitter they work at this shitty doctors office. They seriously take 2 hour lunches everyday! and they are open half days on thursdays and fridays which make it impossible for the amount of patients they have to even get a hold of anyone there let alone make an appointment almost a month later after you’ve seen the ER or Urgent Care which are run at a much more professional level than this shit hole! I really wish i was making this up but I am not. You have been warned.
