Is rating is for the customer service & food. We were greeted right away as soon as we walked in. Great communication between us & our sandwich maker. I really liked how I felt being there from ordering to eating in. The bread, meats, & veggies were all fresh. Definitely, coming back!

I seldom feel compelled to review a franchise but in this case I’ll make an exception. I stopped by late afternoon to grab a quick sandwich because I was starved (by my own definition). The shop was devoid of traffic (not a good sign) and I was greeted by two of the most enthusiastic employees I’ve ever encountered in a fast food franchise operation. They took delight that they had just baked fresh bread and promised to build a memorable sandwich which they did. This rating is all about stellar customer service which I trust the proprietor recognizes and rewards.
