Worst customer service ever. Expect to be put on hold forever and then treated like garbage. They obviously don’t care about their customers. Cancelled immediately and going to give my business to someone else. They don’t deserve your money!

If I could give them Zero stars I would! They are a nightmare! The Water didn’t taste good… Had a horrible after taste from the plastic bottles. They kept delivering too many bottles of water… we ordered two. At one time they delivered 6 and they charged us for them and was a huge pain in the butt to contact customer service to get them to pick up the extras! When we moved we decided to ditch these guys. I told them my move out date (with several weeks notice) and they never came to pick up the extra bottles and equipment like promised while another billing cycle rolled over so we are charged yet again. It took nearly a month to finally get them to pick everything up. Were they hoping We’d change our mind? The Customer Service rep who was supposed to credit us for the equipment and extra bottles told us not to pay the final bill until the credit has been reflected on our account otherwise it will be difficult (BOOHOO!) for them because then they would owe us a refund. Well the credit hadn’t come yet and they sent it to collections two weeks later without an invoice. When all was said and done we ended up paying at least $ 300 extra in fees and Extra water rent that we did not ask for and following their directions. They either need better management or close their doors.
Also, I later found out that their bottles are made with BPA… BPA molecules get in the water when the water when exposed to heat (like when it is left on the hot truck during deliveries or in a warehouse) when you drink this toxic cocktail… not good for your health. Research it for yourself… it is really bad.

I have no problem with Sparkletts Water… But, their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. They delivered a bottle of water to my home that had tape on it that said «LEAK»… I didn’t see the tape as when I got home and brought the bottles in it was dark… The bottle ruined a section of my new hardwood floor. Everytime I have called I have been put on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes. I was on hold for 30 minutes… called them on another phone to see why the wait and they told me the dept. I needed was closed. Then WHY did they put me on hold?
The leak happened in the middle of January and they still have NOT taken care of the repair, they keep asking the same questions over and over again. Questions that have been answered, plus they got information from a representative they sent to my home.
Bottom line… I would NEVER use Sparkletts water. If you NEVER need to contact them you’re ok. But if you ever in need of customer service, be ready for frustration!!! Do NOT use this company it is poorly run!

Worst… I am spending my valuable time trying to get a hold of them. The lines are busy or just constant recording. If you want new service, however, they actually answer the phone. Other issues with them as well.

This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with, Yes I did receive water delivery that was great water, however, when my dispenser started to leak, I could not get a hold of anyone. I was on hold for over 40 minutes 2 days ago and I just gave up because I couldn’t hold any longer. I wrote 3 emails with no response from anyone except the automated message that stated that someone would review my email and get back to me. Finally I got a hold of someone after holding for 30 minutes today and he told me that no one ever checks the emails. He said that if I would like to have someone take a look at the dispenser or replace it someone would be here in 5 days between the hours of 8 – 5. Meaning that I would have to sit at home the entire time because they can’t give a definite time. So I told him to send someone to pick up the dispenser and I did not want to receive service from them any longer.

I would give Sparkletts a negative 5 stars if that was possible. The WORST customer service possible!!! I was double charged on my bill and had to wait on hold for 2 hours to speak with someone after getting transferred to various incompetent, RUDE employees. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!

Signed up for water delivery service a few weeks ago.
FYI — They only answer their phone at 888−432−4823 for new customers.
Did not deliver water on delivery date.
Called 5 times to just add water and request delivery and put on hold for ½ hour each time to obnoxious piano music, and finally gave up.
I just called as a «New Customer» and asked to speak with a manager (put on hold again for a long time) and then cancelled.
Zero customer service!
None!
Nada!
Zip!
They really just do not care!

They came out set up the water service and then when it came time for water delivery they will not come out. We asked them again and they say they will look in to it and that is as far as it goes if this is service what a joke

Sparkletts Water, what can you say, lousy customer service tried for 3 days to get through, on hold for over an hour, their water is Fluoridated), I ordered their «none Fluoridated Sierra Spring Water» and they started sending me fluoridated anyway, I go out of my way to avoid Fluoride and they carelessly and repeatedly sent me the wrong water. I had to email them and snail mail them to cancel, they make it impossible to get in touch with them once you complain. No thanks! Go to your local Water Store and buy filtered or distilled. This is a lousy company that does not care about what their customers want and puts you on hold indefinitely (I never got through), when you want to cancel.

I have been a customer for about a year and a half maybe a little longer. I switched over to Auto Bill Pay and this is where the problems started. 2 Customer service people were worthless on helping to fix the problem. 3^rd talked me into staying with them. Until this Monday when the driver was so disrespectful and full of bad attitude. Not to mention I received cracked bottles in the past and constant late (and I mean late) water delivery. I am done. I will take my money else where.

I just want to give a positive shout out to our delivery person John Cerda. He does an outstanding job and even checks both our dispenser’s water limits to see if he should change them for us. He is AWESOME!!!
