Pat D.

Manager

Pat D. is responsible for the day-​to-​day operations and management of Soft Touch Skin Center, including financial management, space and facilities management, and customer service. She is also responsible for providing administrative leadership for the office and acting as liaison between the physician and the customers.

Pat has more than 5 years of professional experience in Med-​Spa administration with an emphasis on human resources, employee relations, recruiting, personnel development, and team building.

I discovered this place through Groupon and have not regretted my choice at all. I’ve done multiple sessions on my face and lower arms and have seen such a big change already. There is little hair growth, if any at all, and I never have to worry about shaving/​waxing/​plucking now. I’m beyond thrilled as this is one less thing to worry about for me!
The sessions are quick and the laser is a little painful (kind of like a rubber band hitting your skin) but tolerable. Sometimes I take Advil when I go in for my face. The office is very clean with a really friendly receptionist; she reminds you of what medications to avoid before coming in and what to do post-​treatment. I rarely wait longer than 10 minutes to go in. They always call to confirm my appointments and are flexible when it comes to scheduling my next sessions. Prices are reasonable and I love that they do packages!

I had my first ever laser hair removal session on my underarms about 3 weeks ago. The procedure was literally less than 5 minutes and only hurt a tiny bit. Perhaps my pain tolerance is higher than some people, but if you want, get the numbing cream to help make the experience a little less painful. After one session, I’m already seeing results. After shaving my underarms, I notice that the hair growth is not happening as quickly as it did before the laser procedure. (FYI: I don’t have insanely hairy underarms, but my hair tends to grow at a rapid rate, and I get really bad ingrowns, which is the main reason I’m doing this. It may take others a few more sessions to start seeing results!) I’m really excited for my future sessions and the results to come.
The staff is very friendly, the office is clean, and the prices are fair. But I was able to purchase a groupon, so that made it even more affordable, and after seeing the reduction in hair growth after the first session, totally worth it!

My first time going I only used the numbing cream 10min and went in. The lady did my underarms, she said it would feel like a rubberband snap. It did not even feel that bad at all. I was literally maybe in there 5 minutes. Done before I even knew it. Weeks later I have almost no hair growing back. I don’t know if that’s the norm for everyone. But I highly recommend this office. Place is nice, clean, and staff is welcoming.

I’ve only done two of my six treatments for underarms so far and it’s literally like there was never any hair ever there. I haven’t shaved them in over a month and they are bare. Two treatments. That’s insane. I’m definitely hooked.

I bought the groupon to try this place out and I couldn’t be happier! Pat provides a clean, comfortable, and relaxing environment and makes an otherwise tedious experience into a pleasant and painless process. Making an appointment was so easy and everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I definitely will be back for more treatments.
Laser hair removal is a different experience for each individual. Not everyone has the same hair type or growth and therefore the results are different for each person. When people leave reviews about how hairy they are, it’s not a fair evaluation of the business and the experience at the facility!

I bought the Groupon for laser hair removal thinking it would be a great deal, but after 6 treatments there is no difference in the hair growth. After each treatment, all the hair would fall out like it’s supposed to and it seemed like it was going great, but 3 months after my last treatment it’s like it was never laser treated at all. After calling them, I found out that the treatments are not permanent at all. The Groupon description says, «permanently,» but I guess that’s not really accurate. In short, this was a waste of money for a very painful waste of my time.

Purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal particularly in my underarm. I’ll be on my 3rd session this month and I have seen results right after the 1st session: slow hair growth. I barely shave my underarms now. This place is great and staffs are awesome. Procedure is fast and painless. They have you talk to a doctor first (in their clinic via Skype) before your 1st session to make sure that everything is ok and that the patients understand the process. Clean, quiet and comfortable environment:)

Love, Love love this Soft touch skin center. Not only are you greeted with a smile from Pat, the technicians are amazing. I purchased my groupon and had my 1st session 3 weeks ago. I did my full bikini and underarms. I have little to no growth in both areas, just after one session. Because of this, I decided to have my lip/​chin done.
This has been a great experience, and the pain is very minimal. I was able to do all three procedures without any knumbing treatment. I also love how thourough Pat is at explaining before and after preparations from medications that you cannot take during the treatment to how to care for yourself after the treatment. I will be sending several people your way.

I bought a deal from Groupon & am so glad I did! My friend recommended this place & I would also recommend to anyone.
I’m on visit 5 and started out with Brazilian bikini. I saw results after one visit, I had very little regrowth — after only one session! I added underarms & tops of feet now & am beyond thrilled. I’m very close to no more re-​growth at all. Sooo worth it.
It’s a quick visit too — for all 3 of those areas, it’s only 10 – 15 mins max. I come on either Friday or Saturdays & see Amelia. She’s so sweet, professional & always smiling. The receptionist is amazing too! I definitely recommend this place to anyone!
Pain level: it’s not that bad, like everyone says here, it’s like a rubber band snap & it’s so quick that it isn’t even an issue for me. I walk out of there after the bikini laser & can do anything from shopping to exercising :)

This place is so great. I had been interested in getting laser hair removal and found a Groupon that led me here. For only $ 139 I bought a 6 session package for a Brazilian bikini. I was skeptical of it given its location but the office is beautiful and the staff members are nice. The skype consultation with a real doctor made me feel safe and the paperwork was simple. I was nervous about it hurting since my mom always applied numbing cream to herself before going to her laser hair removal place. I didn’t bother getting any, and experienced little to no pain even on my ladybits! The whole thing was over within 10 minutes and they offered a lotion counter to apply aloe to yourself afterwards to assist with healing. After just one session my hair is growing in slower and softer, and some patches are already bare! The doctor even did a good portion of my upper inner thighs with no extra charge which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely give an update once I finish my other 5 sessions and I will be buying an armpit package next! Thank you guys, you rock!

I found this place while browsing my groupon app. and decided to give this place a try. Super friendly staff, Pat and Mary are nice and made me feel comfortable. I ended up buying more packages. They have really good prices. I’ve gone for 2 treatments and have noticed little to no hair growth. Looking forward to my next treatment.
For me personally it was a lil painful. I ended up buying some numbing cream :)
