History

Established in 1965.

Dr. Pazen graduated from the Southern California College of Optometry (at USC) in 1962. In 1965, after serving in the U.S. Air Force Dr. Pazen started practing in Ventura.

He is actively involved in the community. He served as President of the East Ventura Rotary Club, former president of the Tri-​County Optometric Society, its current Director of Professional Affairs and Peer Review. He is also member of Ventura Chamber, Ventura Medical Reserve Corps, and many other organizations.

Dr. Pazen was twice voted Optometrist of the Year; by the Tri-​County Optometric Society, and selected by the Ventura Star newspaper as it’s Reader’s Choice Award Recipitent for Best Optometrist, year after year. Dr. Pazen is married to wife Wendy, has 4 sons and 9 grandchildren.
