The water is great, and it is really nice to get alkaline water home delivery. LaTeefa is always pleasant on the phone, as well. However, this company has many issues with disorganization and a lack of communication. I’ve tried giving them the benefit of the doubt numerous times, but I am about one mistake away from cancelling my service with them.
When we first signed up, our crock (dispenser) was supposed to arrive 2 days later. I called a week later and was told they were out of stock. Not a big deal, but an update would have been nice. We got the crock and water soon after. We had a regular delivery date set up, and when the date passed, I called to ask about the water, and was told the truck broke down and they weren’t sure when deliveries would start up again. We had a few regular deliveries, then the week of Thanksgiving, the delivery did not show up again. When we returned from our vacation, 5 days after the delivery date, I called Real Water and was told the driver quit. We did not get the water until 12 days after our delivery date! If I hadn’t called, I don’t think we would even have gotten an update.
I had a credit card on file, but was paying by check. As soon as I received the invoice, I would send the check in. I noticed after sending in the check, my card was also charged. LaTeefa told me they charge the card if the payment is not received by the 15^th, but I was not receiving statements until the 20^th, if at all. That month I was triple charged. Last month, I did not even receive a bill, and my card was again charged an incorrect amount. I was told that sometimes clients aren’t receiving bills because the address is not showing through the envelope. This makes absolutely no sense. I also tried calling the phone number listed on the charge on my statement, and the guy who answered didn’t even work for them anymore. I have also received other people’s billing information sent to my email, no clue why.
2 weeks ago, we started getting text reminders about putting out the bottles, which was great. Unfortunately, if things don’t change soon, I will be cancelling my service and buying my alkaline water elsewhere.

First off the water is very good and the lady I work with is always nice on the phone/​email. With that being said the company is very unorganized to the point I have to cancel service. From the first water delivery date being late a couple days and when it did get delivered there was no water dispenser so I had to drive to their location and pick it up the next day– it was either that or wait another 4 – 5 days till they could deliver it. Now we were told we would have water before we go out of town and guess what? Still no water delivered even after confirmations were made. Sorry to say but till the company gets things dialed in this one is a risky gamble to use their services.

I used to love this place. We are newer to town and last month with no call or warning they just stopped delivering and keep promising a delivery but no water in a month because their one driver for the area quit. They’re also invoicing me incorrectly and charging me for water I never received. Numerous kind inquiries and no water. Feel badly for the woman taking angry calls. Top bad. Great product. Have to find someone new.

Real water is the best tasting, most refreshing water I have ever had. The services is great, our delivery guy Ignacio is so friendly, never to busy to talk. We have it at work and home.

We have been a customer since 2014 when we bought our first bottle in a store. When we found out about «home delivery» we signed up immediately! The water is delicious and the way we feel now that we are only drinking «proper» water is like nothing else! When we are out and have other water, it is not the same. The health benefits are amazing and I can’t imagine ever going back!!!
Ignacio, our account man/​delivery, is top notch!!! Always in contact with dates, changes and checks in mid month to see if we are in need of more water or just have questions. The water never «sits» in the truck, the customer service is outstanding and billing is a breeze!
If you have not tried this water, do it! It will make a difference in your life!!! Thank you REAL WATER for all you do!

I am a fan of REAL WATER. Try it and you will be too. I love the taste of real water, I love the way I feel. When I travel I miss not having Real Water and am happy to get back home to. I am more hydrated and do not need to drink as much water as before. Home delivery is awesome! Especially knowing that they DO NOT let the bottles sit on their trucks for hours or days in the hot sun.
