Very rude receptionist, spoke to my husband like a child who had done something wrong. Told him «Saturday’s are appointment only, it says it on the paperwork! I can put your name down, but can’t guarantee how long it will take or if you will even be seen, were very busy today» When he asked her to show him where, she couldn’t find it, then said «Typically it says it». Amazingly, 5 minutes later we were seen.

staff was very friendly and great. i took my 13 month old baby today and no wait at all. we got lucky. we went after lunch.

I’ve been here several times, and have never experienced the rude woman, or any of the other complaints. As a matter of fact, I’ve had only good experiences at this location. The trick: go as early as possible, wear a smile on your own face, and people will reciprocate. All of the locations in this area are slow if you don’t have an appointment, and wait until all the other non-​appointments arrive before you ;)

This place is so slow. The only reason I went here was because my doctor sent me here. It shouldn’t take an hour be seen.

Wish i would’ve checked Unilocal before i came! This place is awful!!! Front desk lady is utterly RUDE!!! No explanation at all for a three hour fucking wait!!! Unbelievably horrible service DO NOT come here!!! ZERO STARS!!!

I would to say I WILL NEVER go to this place as long as I live. The workers are horrible, they have last my blood samples time after time. The main boss I think they have 2 of them named Thelma or Carmen as for the rest of them they need to do the same. I have requested to have Laurie to draw my Blood. Every time I get her my stuff isn’t lost nor do i have to come back a second time to get drawn. Laurie should become the Big Boss of this location not anyone else. I if you need to go to this location go see Laurie no one else trust me.

I would expect the front desk customer service to be as pleasant as possible when they are telling a whole waiting room full of people that their computers are down and have been for TWO Weeks! NO reason for TWO weeks of inefficiency! I don’t mind waiting for my turn, what i mind is the childish and rude attitude of the young man at the front desk (Sal). I sat for 1 hour and 20 minutes and watched several people with out appointments that came in AFTER me go in before me. When I asked how much longer, he went to another room, found my paper work (he had already said they were manually inputting records in the system in another room) he said I was next! Made a loud excuse about people with appointments came first (duh) and the others that they were taking in before me were «drop offs» (really? because they were in the rooms and NOT coming out). At 9:10…the man at the desk loudly proclaimed… oh, 3 more appt.‘s just came in, now you are behind them! The lady next to me had a 9:15 appt and he said to her… I will take YOU first (It was 9:10)
When I was finally called in, after a 2 hour wait, I was in and out in 3 minutes!
Again, I don’t mind waiting my turn… but I do expect this lab to have functioning equipment and not be broken down for 2 weeks and I expect descent customer service and NOT rude and sarcastic attitudes!

The last time I went here I made an appointment on Sept 2012. I had to fast (no food after midnight beforehand). I arrived about 10 minutes early. The place was packed. Good thing I had an appointment, right? Well, there was a newbie at the front desk who was not paying attention to the sign in sheet. I told him I had an appt. He screwed up again by not placing my paperwork in the next room. I was wondering why my name wasn’t being called to get my blood drawn. Goodness sakes!
I remember an older patient complaining that she had to wait so long. She was also fasting (was tired & hungry). I felt sorry for her.
Training a newbie during morning rush hour is the worst time. Ha!
Yes, I was hungry, frustrated, & tired during the whole ordeal. I never went back whenever I had to fast. Foundation Lab on Ventura Rd was so much better.

Zero stars for the RUDE woman who was working the desk. I went in to have bloodwork done as per my doctor. I am what they call a «tough draw». This means it is difficult to find a vein when drawing blood. Often the tech has to poke me several times and while I try to be patient, it eventually starts to hurt. Last time I was at this location, I had to come back a second day because nobody at the place the first time was able to find a vein on me. They recommended that I return and ask for a woman by a specific name (which I cannot remember now, darn it). So, I came back the next day and asked for that woman. She did a bang-​up job of drawing blood. I vowed to remember her name for my next visit, but as I said, I forgot it. So, I went in today and asked the woman at the counter if she knew of one specific tech who was the one the others turned to if they had a difficult draw. She said «well, they’re all good». I replied, ‘yes, but I have difficulties and I had the name of a woman from my previous visit — I think I might remember if I heard her name again.’. The woman apologized and seemed to refuse to help me further with my concerns. I told her «if it were YOUR arm that they twisted the needle round and round inside, you might be a little bit more helpful.’. Her response was «you should have remembered her name»!!! I was pretty shocked at her treatment but said nothing.
Four stars for Melissa who just happened to be the tech who worked on me. I told her of my concerns and she was able to get a successful stick the first time. I’ve made a memo on my iPhone so next time I won’t have to worry about remembering anyone’s name.
And to the woman at the desk — shame on you. Your customer service is terrible.
