Quality Windows & Glass

I spent over $ 8000 on glass shower doors and new windows. I also spent $ 300 for a piece of glass to be cut to cover my desk. Perhaps a month later the glass cracked. I contacted them and they said sorry, tough luck.

Our cat knocked a chair into our window one night and completely shattered it. After looking up window repair companies in the area, we had it narrowed down to Quality Windows & Glass and another company.
The other company flat-​out told us that they couldn’t give us an estimate over the phone without checking out our window first. Quality Windows & Glass gave us a tentative estimate with the glass measurements we gave them, and came over the next day. We were given a time frame of 2PM-​3PM; our repairman arrived promptly at 2:02PM. He measured the glass needed, went out to his truck to cut the glass, and installed it. That was it. The whole thing took less than half an hour.
Being able to provide an idea of what the repair would cost was what made us go with Quality Windows & Glass. It saved us the time it would have taken the other company to come out and inspect the damage, go back to order our glass, then come back and install it. In the end, our final cost was actually a little less than we’d been quoted over the phone.
