Well don’t even know where to start my story except to say these people are the biggest thieves, liars, and down rt most dishonest people you will ever meet. Traded a car in just about (3) months ago they gave me shit for the trade in convincing me that they would have to wholesale my car later the car was being sold on there lot for triple what they gave me. They never gave me a working remote entry for the car even though they promised from the first day to this day I have not even received the new registration sticker for the car since the one on the car at the time of sale is over a year old and I have been pulled over several times from LE. Think that’s bad not even the worst of it yet… I was 3 days late on my first payment which included additional money for the remainder of the down payment they sent a girl out «Cyinthia «who picked up the money gave me a receipt but only turned in part of the money I gave her. Even after going down to the dealership and giving them a copy of the receipt they insist I am lying. I refused to repay the money and they had the car repoed because I would not repay what I had already paid and had a receipt for. After I went to the dealership to pick up my belongings from the car they had already been through my stuff and stole $ 170 from my wallet leaving me with 2 $ 10 dollar bills ($ 20). I called the police on the spot and filed a police report but of course I have to wait for them to do the investigation. Look plain and simple they try and workout a deal but the whole time they are just setting you up to FUCK you over the best they can one way or another. Stay away from these low life thieves who have no respect for your hard earned money ! Stay away ! Stay away ! Trust me you will get royally fucked in the end

They SUCK!!! Not only do they sell you a dump of a car, they don’t even report to the credit agencies that you made all your payments. Cheap company! Then on top of that they make you pay the $ 15 to take their lien off your car. I would never ever refer this bs company to anyone. Buyer beware. Everyone who works up their have taken a class in scam artistry 101.
And worse of all I payed onetime with a credit card only used this card here and next thing you know I have fraudulent charges on my card. No respect of their customers and customers personal info.

Do not purchase your car from here! This dealership was connected with power auto which is now closed. They also have other used car dealerships in this Oxnard area so buyer beware. I bought my car from them and a year later it needed a new transmission. It’s been 4 years now and in that time the car has needed a new transmission, cv boot, and it was also leaking a lot of anti freeze from 2 different areas. I have spent roughly $ 3,500 in car repairs in the last 4 years. It would have been more however luckily I purchased warranty from a 3^rd party so they covered most of the repair cost. This car has been such a pain and unreliable. When I took it to a reliable dealership for my transmission work they mentioned how they’ve heard about them and not in good ways. The owner David is so rude and unprofessional. They are unwilling to answer any questions and always give you the run around. I wish I had read the Unilocal reviews first however I was young and inexperienced in car shopping. I will never buy a car from here again and I urge everyone not to as well. I’m shocked that they’re still open, they should be closed for shady business practices!

Most of their cars have been in some sort of accident in the past but they will show you a clean carfax do to the fact that the previous owner never reported it! The major body work done by them could be seen and should be a red flag do not buy from them!

This place doesn’t deserve one star I had to put one star for me to comment. i went to this place in hopping to find good car I traded in my car to them that was in good condition just wanted to have a little better upgraded car I found the car I wanted it seemed great but the day I took it home they had to jump start my car and the check engine light was on Eddie told me that it’ll turn off it did eventually. about two weeks go by and it’s starting to have a jerk and ruff shifting I told Eddie about it they looked at it and said nothing’s wrong with it. they said in order for them to fix anything the check engine light had to be turned on and during this processes Eddie told us we didn’t know what we were talking about and cussed at us and yelled at us (me and my fiancé) they told me to put better gas like really I’m sure that’s going to fix the problem cheap assholes didn’t want to fix it they have the worst cars and worst services if your looking for great customer services don’t expect it here I highly don’t recommend buying a car from here there staff and mechanics don’t even speak English Eddie is the worst calling his customers wrong and cussing at them. i also had my down payment due on thanksgiving and they called us all day harassing me and my family and called repeatedly I told them I would pay it the next day I was outta town and I did pay it if your looking for a good car please do not go here I beg you not to. you will regret it

One star is too much for this place!!! If I wasn’t as desperate to get a new car so I could make it to work I wouldn’t have even came to this place! I regret it a 100% customer service forget it they don’t have that here! There’s always something wrong with a car! I bought my car and after the third day the check engine light came on. So I went to complain and they said they fix it. I had to take the day off to go and find out they didn’t do anything to it because they didn’t have the piece (which they could have told me that in the first place) took it three times and they never fixed it. Always the same excuses! It’s crap! And the manager as well! Do not go there! Plz!!! They are jerks! If I wasn’t in a rush I would have gone to universal auto sales knowing the owner who works there and he is amazing!!! Don’t buy here!!! Seriously!!! this is not worth a star!!!

i bought a car there in 2011! it was a 2006 accord! my credit was bad, so after promising to help me purchase the car and at the same time help improve my credit, i agreed to the ridicoulsly high monthly payment and high apr! so it’s been 24months of making every payment on time and i try to purchase another vehicle somewhere else and they let me know that my payments have not been reported to the bank! my credit report does not even show my loan!!! wtf i call the dealer and they tell me that the maneger will call me back and never recived a phone call!!! its bs!!! do not go there!!!

I had gone to make a payment for my car and was notified the next day that by finance that they didn’t receive my payment. I went to talk to the women that took my payment and she denied in my face that I did not give her the money when I know she remembers me coming in. They checked the video and clearly show me coming in and handing her something but since I didn’t have my receipt they couldn’t verify my payment… they basically, flat out stole from me in front of my face

We bought a 2006 Chevrolet Impala from this dealer back in August 2011. When we first asked to look at the car, the salesman tried starting the car and made an excuse that the car hadn’t been started in a while so the battery was low. After several months of this problem we had the battery checked at a car shop and they told us the battery was way too small for the car. So we had to purchase a new battery for $ 85, Eddie Hernandez the manager of the dealership refused to reimburse us as it was their fault the battery was too small. At the same time we had the car in the Chevy dealer for a power steering issue, turns out it had a recall on it and if we hadn’t taken it in we could of had a terrible accident. Chevy had to fix it under the recall. Obviously they don’t care about their customers safety. Also at the time of the purchase they refused us the car-​fax on this car.
