I can’t say enough good things about this fantastic Real Estate Agent. I found her by doing an internet search and luck was certainly on my side as I was not familiar with any other agents in the area of Ventura/​Oxnard. My mother had just passed away and I needed to sell her house. Of course I was still grieving and was pretty much in a fog. Patty was amazing from the beginning. Seeing that I needed lot’s of help (I was alone in having to take care of all of my mother’s affairs and winding up her Estate), Patty went above and beyond being a real estate agent. She was a source of information for anything I needed (and actually anticipated what I needed). She personally took care of certain things like returning my mother’s cable equipment and making sure her durable medical equipment got to the right place. Knowing that I lived out of town, Patty would go by the house and check on things. Patty did so much more that I am probably forgetting about but the most wonderful thing of all was that she adopted my mom’s cat. Now I am not predicting that she will do this for every client, but you can imagine how happy and relieved I was to find him a home.
As for the actual sale of the house, nothing could have gone smoother. Patty actually had a client in mind when we first met. The price was right, it was an all cash buyer and after a short escrow period it was a done deal! Patty was extremely efficient and professional throughout the entire process. She continues to keep in touch with me to give me reports on how the cat is doing. Most real estate agents are done with you after escrow closes.
If you want an ethical, knowledgeable, professional and very kind real estate agent, you can’t get any better than Patty. I don’t give compliments lightly. I am fussy and critical by nature. This lady was a blessing to me and I hope this post brings her much business for years to come! She certainly deserves it!
