Let me preface this by saying I did not eat the food(sure smelled great though). The stars are for the excellent service by Saul & his staff. My company sponsored a holiday lunch for family members who are their loved ones primary caregivers. The specific request was for Panda Express. Now, I’m not a big Asian fast food type of person since I’m a bit biased with my dad(owned a Filipino restaurant back in the day) & customer service can be a hit & miss. This location was truly a hit. I was ready to wait impatiently while they made sure everything was ready. Saul(I think he’s the shift manager or supervisor) offered me a cup for a drink. At first, I said no but he insisted. We also had a nice chat while we walked back & forth to place the food in my car. Listen up, food establishments, a simple gesture as he did & apologizing for the short wait does impress.

I loved it, staff was friendly, in a bit of a rush, but since I’ve worked in a fast food place I know what time means. The food was great and had good portions. I’d definitely come back.

This Panda is similar to all the others in terms of menu choices but the service or at least the availability of the items that I typically get is limited. Maybe because it’s so busy but you’d think that they’d have orange chicken and their specials available all the time. It seems like I have had to wait for orange chicken just about every time.

Employees were rude and impatient. Could barely speak English. Camarillo location is much better!

Not happy with this place in Oxnard. Don’t get what you paid for. They don’t fill them up. Not even a full scoop. Unhappy with customer service and the people that worked here. Will take my business some where else.

Typical Panda Express but the portions are pretty small here. Smaller that other locations I have been to.

Of the three panda express stores in the area I like this one the best. The food always seems fresher and not sitting under a heat lamp or steam tray. Service is fast and frendly. I think the oxnard location hustles more because of the afternoon crowds and walmart next door. I have never had a bad taste of food here. Now the bathroom here is another story. Heavy use and I’ll leave it at that.

Ordered online, my my food was ready as promised. Quick and polite service. My wife’s chow mein was burnt and dry. My kung pao chicken was so spicy I couldn’t finish it and I like spicy. Too bad it was take out and couldn’t do anything about it when I got home.

1st of all avoid going Sundays 5−7p, line is out the door, and you’ll be waiting if you want orange chicken, ALWAYS running out but however panda is very good, maybe worth the wait but panda is panda delicious fattening food :)

This place was OK — about average for the Panda Expresses to which I have been. One note: i ordered some Rangoon, and one of them was dried out and empty(no cream cheese filling) so my wife took it to the counter to get another one, and they gave us an entire second order for free. That was pretty nice of them. Second note: I HATETHEPARKINGLOTATTHISSHOPPINGAREA!!!

The foods are good, but some of them girls and guys need to cheer up and smile more. My kids are to scared to even go up and ask for soy sauce. It’s like a tape recording when you step in. It play by itself. «Can I help you?»

i came here with a co-worker. he had orange chicken and kobari beef. i had mushroom chicken and walnut shrimp. both of us chose both fried rice and chow mein. his kobari beef was decent, but we’ve had better. his orange chicken was plain sour, i didn’t taste any orange zest/tang in it at all. they even made a new batch for us, as we were contemplating buying the sauce from the bottle, but even with the new batch the taste was the same. so, we did not end up buying the sauce. have had much better orange chicken elsewhere. the walnut shrimp decent, but we had better. it wasn’t crispy enough, and more soft than usual. maybe, it sitting inside the steam table took away the crisp. the fried rice was bland. the chow mein was the only item on the 2 item plate that we liked. we didn’t eat much of the food. took it home because we didn’t want to waste food. place was clean. overall: we wouldn’t return unless there were no other options for chinese food, or unless they make better tasting food.

Panda Express is great… its not really fast food but it kinda is. Like the Burger King without the guilt. I have always enjoyed Panda Express. There was a period of time where I did not eat there when I ate way too much orange chicken in a sitting and then was totally turned off orange chicken for a while. I like coming here because its in the middle of the Rose Shopping center… when I do not feel like paying extra for Fridays and do not feel like total fast food I end up here. I like the two entrée dish… I get white steamed rice as my side and orange chicken with their new honey walnut shrimp. Talk about totally yummy. Sometimes the line here can be long and they are not the cheapest place in town but I am still usually pretty happy after scarfing down some grub here. :0)

I’m afraid that my son will never again have Panda Express. We ask him if he wants it but he always says no. You know how you have one bad experience early in life and you are scarred for the rest of your life? Well, one rainy evening after picking up our car from the service center at one of the dealerships nearby, we decided that we should go get something to eat rather than going home and trying to make dinner. So, there was Panda Express. We got our usual: 2, 2-entrée plates each w/Half chow-mein, half fried rice; one with orange chicken and beef broccoli and the other with some things i can’t remember. We got extra plates and I was in the process of splitting things up when my son sits in my lap mumbling something that I later would find out was«I feel sick». Then, he does the classic hunching and neck jerk motion that signals«spew-a-coming». I instinctively cup my hands and catch about 90% of it. We were sitting next to the rest-room and luckily no one was in it. With my arms around his body and my hands cupped holding his lunch, I carry him to the bathroom and let him finish. It happened so fast that I don’t think anyone noticed. I’ll have to say I’m sorry to whoever had to clean up the bathroom after that. So, thats why we don’t go to Panda Express anymore. It’s too bad because it was decent cheap food good for the whole family.

Beware you have to watch them as they put your food in the box! My friend once got half of his food they forgot to give him his sweet and sour pork and once I had to call them on it . Just Remodeled
