OMG! I thought i wouldve loved the extra cut the instructor/​owner Hita did on my hair because shes advanced level but HOLY F Bombs! She wrecked my hair that I’ve been trying to grow for a year.
I’ve had my hair thinned out several times, I’m not new to the style but she ruined my hair. Its cut so much… I practically have thin hair. I didn’t want so much in my hair gone. I cant even tell you how pissed i am. Usually with thinning youre supposed to cut some off to even out the weight but NOOOOOO! She showed off and talked about hair modeling at hair shows that she fucked up my growth!
NEVER WILL I EVER COME HERE AGAIN! Or any KRIZA salons.

It was friendly, clean and awesome. Complimentary make up after a hair cut is a bonus I didn’t expect. Everyone is friendly and I have an apt for my next haircut.

Finally, I was able to have the time and moola to see my main man, Mario! I had a consultation and given a great experience for my 1^st visit.
Their hot tea was great and I absolutely love my cut. Had the finishing touch even though I had no special place to go ;)
I look forward to another wonderful visit next month as well as experiencing one of their facial services.

By far, one of the best hair experiences I’ve had. I walked in without an appointment and was fit in within 30 min. As a new customer I was offered $ 10 off, along with a scalp massage, shoulder rub, hair wash, hand rub and makeup touch up. Score! Lesley Cortez — hairstylist, was a doll; professional, personable and skilled. I will be going back soon. My only suggestion is that they work on their music selection, elevator music just didn’t seem hip enough for the salon and it’s location.

Lots of turnover and many of the stylists appear to have come from low class places like SuperCuts. I am sure there are good ones, just none that I have experienced.

So it seems like I always give 5 stars!!! But my girl Lesley is the best!!! This is my second time here and I just love how informed she is and how she is just plain honest with me. I love you girly please don’t leave me!!! Please ask for my girl and she’ll hook you up with the color you need. She is the Davinci to my Mona Lisa!!! Ja ja it’s pricey but worth it

Upon walking in it seemed like it was going to cost a fortune. But no.
I was greeted and welcomed in with no issues. My stylist here is Mario WOW does he do an amazing job. He’s very professional and very into his work. He does an amazing job.
I know that every time I come here and Mario takes care of me that it will be a great experience while knowing my hair will be perfect.
You also get a scalp massage and light facial. Which is included in any hair cut, Excellent!
The staff here is very nice and professional. The place is very clean and updated. Would I recommend this place? yes definitely. Ask for Mario and hill take care of you.

AMAZING! was hesitant to go in thought it would be over priced and I did not know anything about the place. To my surprise I had a WONDERFUL experience from beginning to end. When I first arrived Coco greeted me warmly, with his hello and also brought over a cup of lovely warm tea. Mario was my stylist and what a delight he is I highly recommend requesting him. Mario sat down with me and begun my consultation of what I expected in my cut and what my desires were for long term results. And did anyone know that part of your service includes an upper massage during your shampoo. AND to finish up your experience you will also have finishing touches of makeup. Not full face makeup but just enough to enhance the fantastic cut and style I received. How much do you think I paid for all this… drum roll please…$ 55.00 of course you will pay more for any additional services but $ 55.00 is a great price. I do plan on trying some of the facials in the near future and will make sure to voice my opinion on those as well.

Very gracious, but the service did not ‘flow.’
I had an appointment for a 30 min facial. I was greeted and my service initiated promptly. So far I was happy, until… she put the mask on my face and then left me for what seemed like a long time, without telling me when she would come back to take it off. I was slightly uncomfortable because it was a thermal mask and I did not want my skin to get irritated by too long of an exposure. She did come back and removed the mask and my skin was fine, but then she put a heavy warm towel on my face and left me again! Without knowing how long she would be gone, I started to feel chlostrophobic and ancy. My relaxation was gone, replaced by mild frustration. After it was over, I was pleased with my skin but the service was longer than 30 min, because I was left for those two periods.
The girl who checked me out was new perhaps, and seemed uncertain how to check the price of a product, did not ask me if I wanted to leave a tip on the card therefore I had to run my card twice, etc. The woman who did my service was very warm and gracious, which I did appreciate, but overall my experience fell flat.

Had a color done. Had very bad experience. Took 3 hours to color. CS keep dropping color on my face. On forehead had a big ring of color that did not even clean after the color was done. Very poor job and price too high

Came in for a special $ 30 color deal. My hair was damaged and they needed to do the treatment as well as a little cut. All the work was done by students. Took twice as long as normal. Got home and had to finish toning my hair because the color came out just bleached blonde and not what I wanted. I still had left over of the color product on my skin and hair after they washed it. Plus that little trim of my edges that was offered by them was not finished. She only did the back of my hair and didn’t touch any on front. After spending over 5 hours the work wasn’t complete. I spent over 100 $ for that special deal but had no idea for what. I came back and at least wanted to finish my hair cut, they said they didn’t charge me for hair cut the other day so they would have to charge me another 55 $. And never offered to fix anything. I just left very disappointed. Everything has to be redone. But never at that place again.

Maria did my hair and I’m completely happy with it. I usually go to SB for my hair but was just too lazy to deal with traffic and the drive this week. She took direction well, I showed her a picture in my phone.
Before the haircut you’re greeted by the front desk. She was nice and polite and let me know that the hair dresser is just finishing up with the current client. I was given tea, regular mint tea today and was seated to get my hair washed. I was then offered a neck & scalp massage which was fine and dandy except the person doing it had long nails so it was a bit uncomfortable.
The place was nice and spacious loved that they weren’t blasting pop music in the background as I prefer a more relaxed environment when I’m getting pampered.
The only thing I did not like was Maria was a bit pushy with products after my haircut when I had already politely declined them. She brought a ton of hair products at the counter after the cut and had to stop them from billing me for it. They were nice about it.
Their coupon can be also misleading. You have to get a cut AND color. Not either or. So just a helpful tip.
All in all it was a nice in between hair refresh while I’m lazy to go back to my original hair stylist. I probably won’t be back though.

They took me as a walk in, which I really appreciate. Maria did a wonderful job and asked me a lot of questions to make sure I was getting the hair treatment and cut that I wanted. I wasn’t aware that they only take tips as cash or check, so I’ll just have to double tip her on my next visit. But I’ll definitely be back!
