Eva’s Limousine Service, LLC.

My wife and I have relied on Eva’s Limousine Service to pick us up at our Hollywood Beach home at least 4 round trips a year and both take us to LAX and pick us up from LAX for several years. We have additionally used Eva’s for special occasions traveling long distances. Never has their driver ever been late… even when we need to be picked up from our home at 3 a.m. or picked up at LAX at midnight. Their vehicles, both the limo and Ford towncar are always clean and their drivers are always very pleasant. During heavy traffic, their drivers always know a faster route to get to our destination… you cannot pay for this type of knowledge, especially if you need to board your flight on time. Although we know of cheaper ways to get to the airport, it is more important for us not to miss our flight… nor to wait a long time at the airport for pickup. which is why we use Eva’s Limousine. Only one time in all these years has their driver needed to stop for gas but that was because our pick up was just after the driver dropped off prior customers and wanted us not to wait at the airport in the middle of the night… so he got gas with us safely in the car…5 minutes for gas and we were on our way. Reliability is what we are looking for… and have found Reliability at competitive prices with Eva’s.

My finance and I were just calling to see what was available for our wedding day… we were just trying to get a quote and see what packages were available… We wanted to use the limo for a couple of hours to drive me and my bridesmaids from the hotel to the wedding location and then come back to drop us off after the wedding… just trying to see if it could be done… the guy over the phone started attacking my finance right off the bat…“what do you do for a living” being a total jerk about it… we were just trying to figure something out… the guy was belittling us… a simple «NO» and lets figure something out is Customer Service 101. again

This company charged me more than the agreed upon price. Very unhappy, and I didn’t appreciate the driver stopping for fuel 20 minutes into an hour trip!
