The appliances in my building have been taking care of, by appliance repair of Ventura. A couple of years now I’ve used them whenever I’ve needed. Plus I’ve also given them a call whenever I feel like I might need some maintenance. Thank you guys for being amazing, and for being there for me whenever I need you. I called this appliance repair business this morning, because I have a washer and dryer that need to be installed and the washer needs repair, I was given them by a good friend. I was told that they can’t install a washer or dryer and I would have to have them installed by somebody else before someone could come out and look at the washer and see what needs to be repaired. I admit that I asked her several times to explain why they couldn’t install the washer and dryer that they were there to repair. The young lady was very polite and repeatedly said I’m sorry but we can install the washer and dryer. This seems counterintuitive to me, that I would have to hire someone to install the washer and dryer, and then have this company come out to fix the washer.

Very happy with both service and price! My upper oven was in need of repair but I had previously asked another place for a quote (All Star Appliance in Agoura, CA) and was given a very high price. I took it as a given and decided to continue using only my lower oven, since I couldn’t afford to pay for repair. Today, Gary from E Appliance came to look at it, he was extremely polite and professional. He concluded there had been a short, It took him about an hour and a half to fix it and charged me $ 250 for labor. So much more reasonable a price AND my oven works!!! Thank you so much!

I called because my Kenmore dryer wasn’t turning over, but had power.
When Stan came to look at the dryer, he diagnosed it quickly as a bad thermostat. Also, he had the replacement part on hand and had it running again within a few minutes. He checked the airflow, heat and cleaned up the area.
I’m very happy that he was able to fix our newer dryer and it was at the fraction of the cost of a new dryer.

Early Sunday morning, we noticed that our Sub-​Zero fridge was leaking from the filter. We of course panicked and looked up a place that could help us fix it. We called E-​Appliance and miraculously they had a technician that they could send out. Within an hour, John showed up. He was amazing — super friendly and stopped the leaking! I got both appliances working beautifully, without a mess, and without a hassle. He cleaned up after himself, which to me is a big deal since I’m a bit of a neat freak. Gave warranty, and just was a pleasure to have around. Highly recommend this company. And if you want everything done right
