Talk about rude! As I’m trying to return something,
I get smart ass remarks from Jeanette saying «wow took you a year to return something?» I kept telling her that I just didn’t use it and if I had a 2 year warranty on it, why not return it? And she just kept trying to make me feel like an idiot by laughing about it and talking over me. So I kept repeating myself to her… geez. I’m never coming here again

I went to cosmoprof to get my new hair color because I felt that other beauty supply stores had limited selections or non-​professional selections. I was really happy with all the options they had here. The store was nice and clean and the workers were nice, although I did keep running into them while restocking shelves…
