Just bought a new Motorhome, on my first trip., I’m a newbie to all this. 1 st stop was point Mugu on my wayup the coast … When I got there my A/​C was not turning on plus I had no power inside … Sweated all nite got up early and googled a Rv repair site close to me. And they came up so I headed over there and pulled in thinking the worst in my mind … Some guy looked at my generator, flipped a trip switch and I was good to go … No charge… they could of taking advantage of me and I would of paid anything so I could continue on my trip … This company in my opinion is a straight forward. Honest business .and if I lived close by. They would have a customer for life … Once again to you all of you… Thank You !!!

Repairs took 4 times longer than anticipated and cost about 5 times the estimate.

I will NEVER, EVER step foot into C & S RV and Truck! At first, I stood around for at least 5 – 10 minutes before anyone would talk to me. I know very little about fixing trailer lights, but as a business owner, I know customer service which they know nothing about. I’d received a quote of $ 99.00 from C & S and if it was gonna be anything more, they would call me. I agreed to it. They said they would call me when the job was done the next day! I received NO call, so I dropped by on my way home. They not only made feel like a dummy, but they didn’t have the job done! They told me they’d have the trailer done the next day… I said okay and left. I waited for a call all day from them and never received it; so I called them. They told me it would be done in a couple of minutes… since I was already in the area, I was there within minutes. When I got to the counter I had an invoice of $ 212.00! Needless to say I was shocked, because of my original $ 99.00 quote and NO PHONE CALL as promised IF it was gonna be more. The guy at the counter was «Nice» enough to drop the cost to a little over $ 180.00. They’re EXTREMELY arrogant, make you feel like an idiot and YOU (the customer) should be glad they even exist to help you!
I’ve since found another place: Bill’s Trailer Hitch, 2550 Eastman Ave Suite 1, Ventura, CA 93 003 (805) 644‑2275. They have class and talk to you as a human!

The staff and management are rude, egotistical and inexperienced. Save yourself the time and money I wasted and take your business elsewhere.

This place is the worst I ever been, they’re not willing to help in anyway! Very disappointed!!!

Craig picked up my RV at Cummins for a speedometer repair. He called around to find a replacement after diagnosing it as a bad head unit. I needed the coach before he could get it delivered and installed and it wan’t convenient to return there so he told me that the install was cake. No charge! Thanks guys!

What an absolute waste of time this place is. I’ve tried to get work done and I feel like I’m just being a bother to them. The worst service I can ever remember receiving. Nothing like being made to feel idiotic when you’re trying to spend a couple thousand dollars.
Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these guys

These guys helped me out in a pinch. I am scheduled for and long trip with the camper and had a problem with the wiring of my new axle and brake controller. I called on Monday afternoon and leaving on Friday to go cross country. They first told me that I could bring it in at the end of the week and when I told them about my trip they said how about tomorrow morning at 8? The problem was fixed and I am ready to go! Great customer service.

First I waited for 5 minutes for someone to notice I was standing at the counter, then the greeting was more like «what do you want?» Although the guys at the front counter make you feel like they’re doing you a favor instead of appreciating your business, the mechanics are friendly and informative. I’m still not sure if I’ll give them anymore business though. There are other repair facilities in the area that know customer service.

Had recent bad insurance experence. Have taken my RVs there for years never a good experance this time was bad. Very dishonest. All I have to say is that I paid $ 650.00 for an RV shower curtain $ 85 parts 4 hours labor @$ 95 WOW. Shame on You C & S wont ever be back. I would trade my RV in for a boat before I go back to you for repairs. You are the reason that Insurance premiums are so high.

C & S is incompetent, dishonest, and have very poor communication. I brought in my RV for repair. They were unable to source the part needed to make the repair (a task I accomplished on my own in less than 15 minutes on google). Additionally, they lost my property, admitted they lost it, then changed their minds and refused to replace, or compensate. I have had to make 10+ visits and never have received any communication in return. I am an easy going customer, but this is the worst business I’ve ever dealt with. It is obvious they do not care about customers. STAY AWAY.
