I got a kids ice cream and added Oreos and caramel. It was 5.43! The ice cream was literally 3 oz and the Oreo topping was a «shake» of Oreo crumbles for an additional dollar! The caramel was a dollar too but at least that was a decent portion. I told the girl I wouldn’t have ordered that if I had known it was so much and she just looked at us and said each topping was a dollar. She didn’t offer to let us cancel our order. I felt obligated to way over pay for something I no longer wanted.

Love having Ben and Jerrys after dinner. Great location. Next to a couple of my fav. Restaurants. Fast, friendly service. Come out and have some ice cream. Ben and Jerry style.

I have been very excited to visit this new Ben and Jerrys location since it was put in. Expecting to indulge in a generous amount of their famous flavors in the ice cream shop, I was disappointed with their portion size. Many of the flavors I tried also seemed a bit frostbitten, with ice crystals across the top. I had ordered a small cup, but they may have well leveled off the ice cream with the amount that they put in there.
I finished my small scoop, really wanting to head over to McConnells ice cream across town.
I will not be returning to this location, and maybe no other Ben & Jerry’s stores. Instead I will opt to thoroughly indulge in my favorite flavors by purchasing them at the supermarket. At least there I can enjoy more than two chocolate fish in my Pfish Food.

OK, who doesn’t love Ben & Jerry’s? They have terrific ice cream here and you can sample just about every flavor they have. The prices are high for ice cream, but sometimes it’s just good to indulge yourself.

My husband and I stopped in here after watching a movie next door. The shop is small and had quite a few guests in it when we arrived. It was actually sort of hard to get to the start of the order line because the tiny tables had people spilling into the isles from them. (hard to explain but it was crowded at that part of the store). Lots of flavors to choose from and I was happy to get an ice cream sundae. I was surprised and disappointed to find out they don’t have cherries to go on top of the sundaes, but everything else was good. The ice cream tasted very fresh and high quality as did the whipped cream. The shop was clean and the employees were polite and professional. One star minus because my waffle bowl didn’t taste super fresh. It wasn’t as crisp as I would expect, as if maybe it had been made 12+ hours ago or more.

The owners were smart to open up next to all the restaurants. I came back from lunch at GEN, and I wanted to order a pint of my favorite flavor Chocolate Therapy. However, it wasn’t displayed and I asked the gentleman who worked the if they had any. He went out of his way to check if they had my flavor and packed me a pint to go. I was shocked how willing he was to get the flavor I wanted that wasn’t displayed. Good job dude! too bad i didn’t get your name. I tipped him as well because the service was amazing. Will be back soon

We typically stop by here before or after a movie and love it because we like Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. They have a good selection of ice cream, some pre-​packed for purchase, as well as cones, waffle cones, and waffle bowls. The service is good and typically quick unless there are a lot of people who can’t decide what they want in front of you.

I took my kids to Free Cone Day and was super impressed! First, as one might expect for free Ben and Jerry ‘s ice cream, the lines were long but were well structured and the owner/​manager was out greeting his guests and passing out menus. Second, it really only took 5 minutes or so to get through the well structured line. Finally, once we got to the actual store the clerk was friendly and happy to help us. The ice cream (I had cherry Garcia) was the perfect afternoon treat and I am excited to go back.

Their ice cream’s good, no doubt about it. However, since we can all buy a pint from a local market. I’m basing my review off of the experience I had tonight.
I dropped by set on perusing and ordering ice cream cakes for a baby sprinkle and a birthday. When I asked information about ordering, flavors and designs and prices. The girl in the store awkwardly smiled and said «Oh the prices differ from the sizes (gee you think?), you just pick 2 flavors (any flavor?) and pick a design of whatever you want to do with the design (so if I wanted a Chanel designed cake you can do it?). Then proceeded to brush us off (lol). I asked if they had a catalogue or a flyer — they don’t have one online and this is what she said «Oh, it’s lost» LMAO. It was sad and frustrating. Considering they had just opened few weeks ago, things are getting lost ALREADY? And they only have one, ONE catalogue in the store. LOL
The young lady wasn’t helpful, she didn’t even try.
Welp, off I go to another store I guess.
