So Who is Backtrailz?

The staff at Backtrailz were raised loving the outdoors. From camping, fishing, hiking, skiing, etc. You name it, We love it!

Backtrailz was born from an idea that there needed to be a one stop shop for the true outdoor enthusiast. Our Founder started researching outdoor companies to see what they were doing and realized that not a single one of them were giving their customers all the tools needed to really bring a trip to life. We wanted to create a website that did it all! Our business philosophy has always been to give the consumer all the services and tools they deserve in exchange for spending their hard earned dollar with us. That is why Backtrailz allows you to research a destination, aid in planning your trip, buy the gear for it and tell your story with photographs and videos. You can even form your own social groups!

For the past 20 years, I have been running companies in numerous and various capacities. My leadership, versatility and experience in manufacturing, marketing, finance and operations have played a vital role in my ability to build strong and successful companies.

An award winner by the National Chamber of Commerce I have «what it takes» to run a successful small business. I am a champion of the customer is always right and that will always be my number one goal — to make the the customer happy!

A true outdoorsman, I was born and raised in the outdoors. Over the years I had a dream to start my own outdoor company and in 2014, I did. Backtrailz was born. We look forward to being a part of your life and having a long, mutually beneficial relationship!
