WORST SERVICE EVER!!! my friend and I came in yesterday to get the car (red car in pic) detailed only to be told we HAD To have an appointment and to come back today at 10am. We dropped the car off and were told it would be done within 3 hours. We gave our phone number and everything so we could be called when it was finished. It was 2pm and we called 3x with NO RESPONSE so we decided to drive by and check. Here we are at almost 3pm and they have not done a SINGLE thing to the car! We asked what was going on and how much longer it would take only to be told by the manager «it’s not my fault I dont have enough employees!!» 4 and a half hours with NOTHING DONE!!! Manager says it’ll be done in 30 min and they just started. What happened during the first 4 hours? While I am now sitting here watching them and promised that there would be 2 employees working on it, I see 4 other cars pull up and getting serviced right away and only one guy on our car. WTF! BBB here comes a complaint…

Got a deal on Groupon from the place just to find out I still have to pay extra when I go wash my car, I wouldn’t mind paying extra if they did at least an okay job. I’ve been there twice & they do the least work possible I came home & still had to wipe down my entire car because there was water marks everywhere from where they completely didn’t give a shit and not to mention the terrible attitude the lady inside gives you. The only good thing about this place is the fruit stand In front of them. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

Over two and a half hours for a #4 wash???
My car wasn’t very dirty to begin with. After I left I found cobwebs in the wheel well, grime on the bumper, sand all over the back carpet cover, pet hair and dirt under the rugs too. I was pretty disappointed that after waiting that long, such a sloppy job was done even though they appeared to be working hard?
I brought it back and their worker Lalo had it spic and span in no time!

I used to love going here until I had something stolen out of my car. $ 200 headphones out of my gym bag that I had stuffed between car seat and golf bag. They looked at cameras but of course couldn’t see anything. I understand they aren’t liable for lost items but that doesn’t give them the right to steal. They gave us voucher for free washes but really do I want to go to a place I can’t trust? I will sit in car the whole time if I do decide to go back

This place is going downhill! I was really impressed the first time but they lost me as a customer today. With only one car in front of me and getting here right when they opened, I shouldn’t have to wait 40 minutes for a basic wash (they still aren’t done and my car just came out of the wash section). No hustle at all… in fact these guys are moving about as slow as possible. Don’t think I’ll be coming back.

I have tried to wash my own car but honestly it’s just so much work. I have also been to many car washes and so far this is the best car wash I’ve found. They have a full service car wash deal Monday through Thursday for $ 10.99. They vacuum my car really well including carpet and when needed seats too. They wash the exterior and clean the interior, they always leave my windows super clean inside and out. They do a great job cleaning the tires and they dry it perfectly without leaving smudges. They are honestly very good at it! they leave my jeep looking beautiful. I highly recommend this place. They also have a loyalty card. After 10 washes you get one free!
The wait is not too long and they have a very cool waiting are with comfortable chairs.
All the employees here are hard workers and are very good at washing cars! But whenever possible I request Lalo, he’s pretty awesome at washing cars. He’s detailed, quick and efficient. No matter what time of the day it is he is always working hard! I am very happy with this place.
Also I’ve never ever had anything stolen from my vehicle. I’ve left multiple valuable items inside of it and nothing has ever been taken. The workers in my opinion are honest and hard working people.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE… THEY STEAL YOUR STUFF
My husband took my car in for a wash and left with NO cell phone. He got out of the car, went in paid the bill and then remembered he left his cell phone in the console, went back to the car and it was gone. This was in a total of 4 minutes. Of course the new employee of 2 weeks denied he took it, we looked on the company cameras but they were not detailed enough.
There are many OTHER car washes to choose from,
do not take your car here, NOT worth it!!!

Bought a Groupon for a regular car wash which was a good deal until discovered my iPod missing out of my center console on my drive home.

This is the World’s WORST Car Wash/​Detail Service, EVER! The equipment is old and breaks down, they’re understaffed, and employees don’t seem to take pride in their work! A simple car wash seems to take forever, because they are so understaffed.
I only chose this location because they steam clean engines. However, before they would do the work I had to sign a waiver so they would not be responsible for any damage.
Never again, never, never, never,!!!

I came here all the time now, I first purchased a Amazon local voucher, everyone here is very happy to help you when you have a promo code or a voucher, at most places you show up with a groupon or a voucher from other sites like amazon Local or groupon, the people look at you weird and they even look upset that you’re getting a discount, we’ll not here, this guys are great and the ticket guy by at the office is very polite too.
I love the location, it’s fun to see people driving in the traffic while you enjoy a refreshing beverage sitting down ;)
After I use all my car washes from my voucher (5) I will definitely keep coming back!!!

Brought my car here for a simple car wash and they completely ruined my paint job. They sprayed my (black)car with chemicals on a very hot day and didn’t rinse it right away witch cause oxidation in the paint. I told them that my cars paint seemed faded/​spotty/​oxidized after they were done and they said that the car was like that when I arrived. After complaining for awhile I couldn’t get them to polish and rewash my car. I ended up paying $ 160 to a mobile carwash person to polish and wash my car. I wouldnt recommend this carwash to anybody.

I had a great experience there! My car looks amazingly clean. The management and staffs are very friendly! Just go and visit All American Car Wash.

I have been going to this place on and off for years. I have noticed the last few times the guys finishing up my car has done halfway job. I have a small back seat but I have had to tell them more than once to wash the inside back window. There is one guy I’m sorry don’t know his name but he’s been there forever he is the best always does a great job like if it was his own car.

One of the best car wash with excellent custmer service the manager was super nice and took care of me well. The price compare to others is every cheap.

They don’t honor prepaid vouchers. Told them I wanted a wash and wax but as soon as I got my voucher out they said they were too busy today and to come back in a few weeks. Voucher specifically said for use any time and they said that was a misprint. Had gotten a wash here previously and had to have them go over missed spots, so definitely not worth full price. To be honest I hesitated even when I bought the half price voucher because I wasn’t sure it was worth that. There are better and cheaper washes around (USA Gas’ on Ventura Road for example).

Sad story today. I always take my car to get a HAND WASH from this place and I always ask for Lalo. The reason I insist on a hand wash is because of my oversized wheels. So today I send my wife to get the car done and they insist that the price is $ 35 for a simple hand wash, when I always pay under $ 20, not including tip. Fuck this place…

They don’t honor their Unilocal check in offer, boo! OK as a car wash, but why lose a customer by refusing to make good on a promise? There are other places I can get my car washed.

Not bad of a place, a little grimy. For $ 10 you can get a cheap car wash add $ 3 if you have a truck like myself. They’ll wipe it down and get you back into shiny condition. The guy did a pretty decent job.

For about $ 15 (they have a range of prices for different car wash offerings, and $ 15 is right in the middle), your car gets a thorough interior and exterior cleaning + polish + tire dressing. Their staff is hard-​working and clean crevices of the car that you didn’t even think needed to be cleaned.
I’ve received coupons for other car washes, but have never strayed. One review said the place is closed down, but it’s not… I just called and they’re open, so I’ll be heading there again soon!
