History

Established in 1960.

Alert Management Company was founded by Charles A. Covarrubias. Chuck has been recognized throughout the course of his career as an Industry and Community leader. This is just one of many reasons why Alert Management Company has been successful for over 50 years.

In 1989 David M. Covarrubias began working for Alert Management Company. Learning all aspects of the Real Estate Industry with Chuck as his mentor. Like his father, David continues to be active in the community and understands the importance of giving back.

The majority of our Owners and Tenants have been with Alert Management Company for over 10 years. We have many clients that have been with us for over 25 years, as well as a handful over 40 years. Our ability to retain clients for such a long time is a testament in our ability to provide exceptional service.
