Garth Webb opened for business in Heflin, Alabama more than 60 years ago, and dedication to the customer’s needs has been our guiding principle from the beginning.

Business Owner

Phil Webb, a native of Heflin, Alabama, is the owner of Webb Concrete and Building Materials.



Phil serves on the Board of Directors for the many organizations, including the Calhoun County Home Builders Association, Calhoun County Habitat for Humanity, JSU Foundation, Anniston Museum Endowment Corp. Board, the Calhoun County Chamber of Commerce, the Anniston Country Club, and Noble Bank & Trust. He is also a member of the Calhoun County Quarterback Club, the Anniston Rotary Club, and the JSU College of Commerce & Business Administration Board of Visitors.

Currently, Phil is chairman of the McClellan Development Authority, Knox Concert Series, and YMCA of Calhoun County.

On the state level, Phil serves on the Board of Directors for the Business Council of Alabama and the Alabama Concrete Industries Association. He is a member of the Executive Board of the Greater Alabama Council of Boy Scouts of America. Phil is also a member of the Governor’s Circle.
