My car broke down on the bridge over Sardis Lake and if you know the area, you know it’s in the middle of nowhere. After waiting for 2 ½ hrs to get a tow truck. They towed us to University Tires. These guys took care of my car and me with speed and efficiency. The break down was on a Fri night and the car was back in my hands by Tuesday. That includes no work on Sunday and half a day Sat. They were always polite and the cost wasn’t exorbitant. They treated us with respect, not like some Memphis cityslickers and, in the end it was easily one of the best car repair encounters I’ve ever had. I’ve been treated worse trying to buy a battery. These guys rock and if I lived in Oxford, they would be my new go-​to mechanic. From the office staff to the people on the phone and the overall general friendliness, these guys were awesome.
