Scoopy Doo has been servicing me for years now and is such a great company with great prices. With my 3 big dogs and my busy schedule, it is hard for me to clean my own yard at times and each time the technicians do a wonderful job. They also are very friendly with my 3 dogs. If I ever had any questions regarding my bill or services, Scoopy Doo has been very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

Sketchy business practices. You’ll sign up for automatic billing and then they’ll never take out your payments then send you $ 200 bills. Annoying and not worth my time.

The poop scoop service is OKAY with this company, but the Management and Customer Service is absolutely horrible. When I signed up for service initially I was told that I was on autopay, and payments would be deducted weekly from the card that I provided. I was, at first. I checked the statement, things seemed to be going well. A few months went by and I received a call telling me that they had an issue processing my card(is had expired)… over 3 months ago. So now we owed over $ 300. Nobody ever called prior to this or sent anything in the mail. So my husband spoke with them, paid the bill and asked that going forward they continue to take the deductions weekly, they apologized, and all was well. Then, in January… 7 months or so later… I received a call saying that they made a mistake and had not processed the card again for months and now we owed over $ 500. The woman told me that she hadn’t processed a lot of people’s cards for an extended period of time and that the company may go out of business. I wasn’t pleased, but we asked her to send the bill so we could look it over and send payment. 2 more weeks went by and on a Tuesday morning my cell phone was ringing off the hook while at work. I finally answered and the woman on the other end was irate and demanding payment of the $ 500. She said that she had emailed the information to me. I told her that wasn’t possible because they didn’t even have my email address. She gave me an email that is not close to mine at all. She also said that she had been contacting my husband and he has been ignoring her. I told her that I would contact him and ask him to call. Meanwhile, I spoke to my husband and he said that no one had called him ever. I realized that it couldn’t be true because they don’t even have his phone number. I had used mine when I signed up for service. So I called back and asked to speak with a Manager. The woman said that she was the manager and the owner. She then told me that I needed to pay for the service and provide her with a credit card right now. They already have my credit card information, as they had been charging me and then just stopped. I reminded her that she said she was going to mail me a bill. Then she called me another person’s name. I said«I am not ____» and then she became flustered and upset and demanded payment again. Also, I know that they have not been coming out with the snow, but they have still been charging us. I won’t even bother bringing that up. At this point I just want my bill so that I can pay it and be done with them. They’re slightly cheaper than some of the other services but in my opinion it isn’t even close to worth it. I like to know what is happening with my credit card information and I don’t feel that it is secure with this business. Who knows what is going on over there.
