BYOB Canvas guided paint parties at our bright studio every other Saturday night. Childrens parties, Wedding Showers, Bachelorette parties, or corporate events. We also have henna tattoos & face painting. We also offer off-​site services.

History

Established in 2015.

We opened the studio in November of 2015 to a standing room only Grand Opening in the beautiful rural town of Oxford, CT. Owner Adriene Radcliffe lives in Oxford and recently retired from Yale University.

Business Owner

Adriene Nazaretian Radcliffe was an Art Major at CCSU until changing her major to computer science in her junior year, and graduating in 1986. She landed as IT professional with IBM and then spent over 28 years in Information Technology at Yale University culminating in her final role as the first Collaboration and Social Media Evangelist for the Office of the CIO. Her love of arts and crafts never waned as she continued to do arts and crafts from her home including furniture refinishing, jewelry making and painting. After separating from Yale in June of 2015 and declaring it The Summer of Adriene #tsoa, she decided not to return to a corporate role and instead invest in the community and in the arts and crafts work which was a true love. RAD ART opened its doors in November 2015.
