I am thoroughly impressed with my fiancée and I’s experience here. The food was quite delicious in all aspects, I had a very tasty lemonade, the table bread and oil was yummy, and the waitress was very friendly and helpful. We almost certainly will be back for more in short order. Thanks for the great meal!

One more time — still as disappointing as every other time. Ended up here again due to no fault of my own(a friend’s surprise birthday dinner). Just as bad as every other time I’ve eaten here. Calamari was OK, a little chewy but still pretty good. House salad dressing was tasteless. The special I ordered(shrimp and lobster with rotini) had rubbery pieces of lobster that were definitely not delightful. On top of all that, we had to wait for our table in a crowded little space. I really wonder why they do so much business. It’s an enduring mystery to me.

Super good, beautiful atmosphere, and not too pricey! Went here for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was super cute, super romantic, and didn’t destroy my wallet. He’s also a super picky eater and they were super sweet accommodating to him

Three of us are at the bar on a crowded Miami Family Weekend. The shrimp linguine were very fresh and tender. My daughter loved her chicken with risotto and my husband liked his simple pasta dish. Drew the bartender was attentive and helpful with menu suggestions. Great location to connect on a parent weekend with your student.

Delicious and authentic! Reasonably priced! The smallest restaurant ever but so cool and kitschy i would go here everyday. Small enough to be romantic but tight enough to be trendy. I ordered a portobello ravioli that was to die for and we shared four appetizers. Must try the homemade sangria!

Fanicest restaurant in Oxford. Of course, that’s not the highest hurdle to clear.

This is a real Italian experience if you are going for variety in pasta. Loved every appetizer, glass of wine, and entrée.

We had an absolutely awesome meal including eggplant parmigiana, fettuccini Alfredo, and the grouper special. Very tasty, flavorful, and truly enjoyable. Service was excellent as wells. Highly recommend as we will certainly return again.

We had a large group for dinner on 3⁄22. I had read the reviews prior to going to Oxford, and when they said the restaurant was small — they weren’t kidding!!! There is no real ‘entry’ it is like a porch and then boom — you are in the restaurant. We had a separate room for our group of 20. Although it was small — we really enjoyed our time there. The waitress for our large group was incredible. Unforunately I don’t remember her name. She explained the specials and the questions we had about the menu, We have some in our group with food allergies and they were able to accomodate them with no problem at all. The food was very good. Wish I could have taken some back — but we flew out the next day. Our group really enjoyed the evening!

Definitely a great Italian place in a small town. Kind of a smaller place, so there’s sometimes a longer wait, but it’s a great place to go on a date.

Ever consistent and my favorite Italian restaurant in Oxford. I had the Caprese with fresh mozzarella and tomatoes and basil. My main was the veal parmigiana. It had loads of melted mozzarella and the veal was soft like butter. Rhonda had the house salad with balsamic vinegarette dressing, crumbled blue cheese and the eggplant parmigiana. The girls shared the homemade ravioli and the penne a la vodka. Mike Patterson, the owner suggested a Tuscan blend of red wine that went very well with the meal. A good time was had by all and we were full! We will be back over and over.

No marinara sauce is offered; everything in tomato sauce contains loads of onions and is baked; the kitchen staff will not chop up your meat and vegetables; it is in no way children friendly and the young college kid employees have no problem closing early and walking around in the dark while you sit out front watching and talking to them over the phone, wishing they would take your order. I’ll try driving over to Richmond next time, and you probably should as well.

So far so good. Appetizers awesome. Close quarters which adds to the charm. Ordered seafood special. Wait staff excellent. Intelligent, distinguished crowd.

Good Italian food. Probably the best in Southwest Ohio. My only complaint is that it’s a little cramped in there. I wished they would expand the restaurant a little so that there’s more room to enjoy the food and the experience. Otherwise, great service, nice décor and an awesome place for an intimate date with someone special.

First visit but won’t be the last. Great Italian food and perfect place to take your child when you visit them during the school year. I would highly recommend this place and we will return. Friendly staff, very good food and nice assortment of drinks. Can’t go wrong.

Eh. I had the ravioli special, with gorganzola-filled pasta with arrabiata sauce and asparagus. The arrabiata sauce was not very arrabiata(spicy) and it really was just a red mess. Still tasty, but could have been so much better.

This was my favorite sit-down restaurant as a college student. The pasta dishes are bursting with flavor, and the selections are very authentic. Also, the atmosphere is quite inviting-especially for a date ;) If you’re looking for some ideas, try the risotto, or the special, which is always good! I would be sure to come early, though, because the wait time can be pretty extensive.
