I’m 100% pleased with Fox Pest Control. They’re professional, friendly, helpful, and they took care of my pest problem at a very reasonable rate. The technician Zach explained everything he was doing and was so courteous. A couple of weeks after their first visit to take care of wasps, I got an unexpected visit from a rodent (bigger than a little field mouse). Needless to say, I was a bit freaked out by that. They responded so fast to my call — Zach came back the same day (within hours!) with a smile and the knowledge to fix the problem. From my experience so far, I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Fox Pest Control stopped by our home during a door to door sales blitz. I’m glad they did! The price was affordable, and their service has been great! I even called back for follow-​up service after having a second issue with some random green mites that had invaded our wood deck. They came right back out (at no extra cost), and treated the deck for us. They are always honest about what they can and can’t do. So far I’m a fan of their service!

They rang our door bell with a cold-​call, and I was skeptical about their sales pitch (they’re expanding into our town). But after checking on BBB and Unilocal, we agreed to their plan. They’ve just done the initial service, treating for wasp nests and ants. They were professional, courteous, and very good about follow-​up. I feel confident that they’re going to deliver on what they’ve promised.

Fox pest control is absolutely wonderful! The customer service rep I spoke with on the phone was friendly and informative and got someone out to my home the very next day. I was scheduled for a time slot between 11 and 1 and he arrived promptly at 11. He inspected the interior and exterior of my home for free and suggested treatment with no obligation, reasonable pricing and a $ 30 discount (available on their website). He also waived the annual contract cancellation fee to ease my anxiety about an annual contract commitment. If you have any pest problems, or a suspicion about a possible infestation, Fox is the way to go!
