Business Owner

I am a sergeant with the Granville County Sheriff’s Office in the Aggressive Criminal Enforcement Unit. I have worked in that capacity for about 12 years and worked four years on patrol prior to that. I am also the training coordinator for the department and do most of the training for the department. I have been a firearms instructor for about 12 years and am also a Physical Training instructor, Subject Control and Arrest Techniques instructor, Rapid Deployment instructor, Simunitions instructor, and Taser instructor. I am a part time instructor for Vance Granville Community College where I teach the above topics as well as others to law enforcement. I have been teaching the concealed carry handgun certification course in North Carolina for about 10 years and have certified close to 3,400 from age 16 to 84.
