History

Established in 1952.

Clyde Cameron started Cameron’s in 1952 in a small shop where the Oxford Center for Dance Studio currently sits. The current location was purchased by Mr. Cameron in 1989. The Lobb family bought Cameron’s Hardware & Supply, Inc. from Mr. Cameron in 2000. Since then we have prided ourselves on being a locally-​owned hardware store offering quality products, experienced staff and great customer service.

Meet the Manager

Jeff L.

Manager

Jeff started working at Cameron’s as a cashier in high school, worked through college, and was the Sporting Goods manager at the time Clyde Cameron decided he was ready to retire. It was a natural choice for Jeff and his family to continue with the business. The store is now owned by Frank and Angie Lobb, Jeff’s parents, with several family members working there as well. It’s a family affair!
