Business Owner

After many years in the business, Joe left his position as vice president at a large international construction company based in Massachusetts, moved to Maine, and founded Building Solutions on the belief that each project, and each client, is unique. Joe’s visionary sight of design and function leverage his formal education as well as his practical experience in real estate development, site suitability, planning, permitting, licensing, engineering, architecture and construction. His knowledge also extends to understanding the operations of a wide variety of businesses and their space and equipment needs. Joe maintains a respected and ongoing relationship with numerous state and federal regulatory and permitting agencies, including the FDA, as well as commercial lenders.
