Our air conditioning unit quit in 2014, Lamphere’s sent someone who filled freon, it leaked out overnight so we probably have a leak. I called and left messages four times and never received a call back. This year I called and spoke to the office person who said the owner would call and come out end of week or early the next, again no call or visit. Obviously they have too much business to bother with us.
