Boo! This place sucks! Huge theatre, but old and outdated. The theatre itself SMELLS like sweat, wasn’t cleaned before the movie, popcorn and trash everywhere. Old seats, no recliners like most of the newer theaters. They still had posters for Hunger Games 2 up which hasn’t been in the theatre in months. Concession stand employees bored and unenthused (who could blame them, this place is downright dreary) and no supplies by the soda machine are stocked. This placed is just an old mess… with a smell. No Bueno.

2 of 4 ticket machines didn’t work. The napkins shred coming out of the dispenser, 4 coke freestyle machines but all are out of regular coke and the cherry coke tastes like fruit punch. Staff was polite but the bathroom smelled like pee. The seats were decent and they had nice tables.

Wow… Going to the movies isn’t like it used to be. Little unruly kids running through the theater while the movie was playing and the constant talking throughout the movie by others… First and last visit to this theater for sure!

The best part about this location is that it’s convenient to my house. Otherwise I would probably skip it. It not usually very crowded but that may be because people don’t enjoy coming here. They have the older type of seats that do not recline and the arm rests don’t come up. Only half of the concession stand is ever opened the other looks like it has been under construction for the last two years. I don’t usually get anything from the co session stand anyway because movie food is too damn expensive anyway. I just go to one f the restaurants in the area before or after the movie. The ticket prices are they same as any other amc and they do have a iMax theatre if you loon for that. Over all it’s sub standard but it beats taking a longer drive so it will do. I will probably come back again just be issue its so close.

The amount of loud kids hanging out is disturbing. The theatre is dirty because it smells and the floor is sticky. On three occasions I saw a mouse running up and down the steps during the movie. Once he had a piece of popcorn in his mouth. I mentioned it to the staff and they said they have pest control come in each week smh. If you go keep your feet up.

This theater used to be really nice. Now it’s just OK. The theater its self seems to be half way clean but I guess it is just OLD! My seat is busted and the seat it’s self tilts so it feels like you are about to slide in the floor. I had to switch seats. The seat seem lower to the ground than most theaters. I did like the fact that the air was on auto and it would come on and off so I didn’t freeze to death. The food is wwwwaaaayyyy overpriced! The bathroom was fair but could have used a good cleaning. It wasn’t the dirtiest I’ve seen. All in all its was not as good as used to be. Renovations wouldn’t hurt since it’s the only theater in the area… I’m just saying!

Friendly staff, clean theater and a variety of pricey treats. Imax theater cost slightly more than 3D and general admission. Chairs are clean and spacious plenty of leg room. Overall I had a pleasant experience at the theater and also enjoy using the ticket kiosk to pay instead of waiting in line.

Worst movie going experience I’ve ever had. People yell and talk all through the movies and no one comes to tell them to be quiet, floors are dirty and sticky and there isn’t much customer service. They need to revamp their experience before people stop going.

I love this place but poorly run. It need to be run better.
So dirty it just get worse by the second. Just need clean up all the time and it would be fine. well I still come because to close to home!

Three things !!!
–This place needs to learn something called «Cleaning». It reeks inside, I had a migraine at the end of the movie
–I was surprised by the size of the screen! You need not move your eyeballs to look at the other end.

I wish there is a way to capture the smell! If I did, this place will be shut down in days.

One of the dirtiest theatre’s in the Baltimore area! Upon entering our movie your smacked in the face with the smell of old popcorn and soda. Your feet feel like there sticking to the floor. The bathroom had paper towels and toilet tissue in various spaces on the floor and the sprinkles of water all over the floor and sink just added that extra something!

It’s ok for us it’s right near our home we always go to the first show early, early in the morning to try and avoid crowd.
Last movie we saw was «No Good Deed». I was a little disappointed.

So, we missed a summer blockbuster months ago, and for some reason it was on here, I guess because they have so many screens. I don’t know. The employees here are like zombies. It seemed like it was every single person’s first day on the job, but that can’t be possible, can it? I walked into the theatre while my husband bought tickets because I desperately needed a bathroom. No kidding, the ticket taker did not know where the bathroom was. Ummmmm… The two dudes at the concession stand were equally clueless. They asked about three times to repeat our order, because, after they rung up one item, they had forgotten the other two (it wasn’t complicated: chicken tenders combo, coke, slushie). I went back to the concession stand later to get a refill and the two ladies in front of me were having the same experience. They also kept the outside door to the theater propped open well past the start of the movie, so it didn’t get totally dark. Other than that, it was okay. The seats were fairly comfortable, the food was cooked to order instead of having sat under a hot lamp, there weren’t any sound or picture issues. But, this was an older movie at 5 pm on a Sunday night. I shudder to think of the clusterfuck it must be on Saturday nights.

They have great selection on food. The seats are cool and some theaters have lovers seats

Been to a lot of late showings and a few daytime. Never too crowded. Food is decent. Lines are never more than 4 or 5 people long. Theater is clean. Bathrooms are touch and go. Never had any major issues. Bought tickets online once and kiosk didn’t recognize the purchase but the attendant at ticket counter pulled it up. Will continue to go here.

Okay this place isn’t bad.
clean, pretty comfy seats, average prices…
but DON’T COME HERE FOR IMAX
they claim IMAX, but it’s not true IMAX. true imax is the imax aspect ratio PLUS the much bigger screen. However, this place only has the aspect ratio with a slightly barely larger screen… check online and look up which theaters have actual imax sized screens. I’m not sure if there are any legit ones in the baltimore area.

Theatre is usually clean and kid friendly.
They are now introducing live boxing fights on the big screen.

This movie theater is just okay. I give it 2.5 stars.
On my most recent visit, I had purchased the tickets in advance to save time. Only 2 out of the 4 ticket kiosks were in working order. The concession line was slow and disorganized. At least the staff was somewhat pleasant. If you have time, eat before you get there! The food prices are outrageous, and you don’t get what you pay for. They try to soften the blow by saying you get free refills on popcorn and soda, but I find that to be a waste. Unless I was seeing a truly horrible movie and or/​starving, I don’t see myself leaving the theater in the middle of a movie just to get more popcorn.
In regards to my movie-​going experience, I was surprised and disappointed by how loud people were being throughout the whole movie. It was really annoying and rude! People of all ages and races were in there, and they were ALL talking throughout the entire movie. I had never experienced anything like that in my life. No one was even trying to whisper. I don’t go to the movies that often, but in the future I will most likely avoid this theater. It reminded me of why I usually wait for the movies to come out on DVD.

Only theatre in the town of Owings Mills, sad. It’s like most AMC’s with high priced tickets, high priced concession items and crowded on the weekends.
AMC has a reasonable amount of theatres offering the latest movies in the industry. Duh matinée is cheaper, but I save my dinero and wait for movies to come to a TV screen near me.

Glad to see our younger generation decided to work, just wish it was not when I was at theater. The elderly lady at the ticket booth suspects everyone is trying to sneak in. Even the employees.
The theater size is really good the quality is crisp. Unlike the bathroom which should be referred to as Intake facility. Whatever you do do not purchase your tickets prior to arrival the animals do not like change
