A graduate of Leadership KY and Leadership Owensboro, J. Todd has served in a variety of roles in the Owensboro Community. Being named as one of the top 25 leaders under the age of 40 he continues this service presently by serving on the Wendell Foster Center Board of Directors, Riverpark Performing Arts Center board of directors and a variety of other non profit and civic groups
