First they never called to say our bridesmaids dresses had arrived. They ended up misplacing them and only found them when I called and insisted they track down the dresses. They had been at the shop all along! I said I would be there Thursday to pick them up. Drove an hour only to find the store closed despite that the hours posted on the door said they should be open. The next day when I called to make sure someone would be there the owner, Lyle, acted like the problem was mine and hung up on me! Horrible customer service! Shop is run by an arrogant, unbalanced, incompetent who is not even able to show up for work on time. Rarely able to get anyone to answer the phone before 4pm. STAY AWAY! Have since heard rumors they are going out of business.
