Roller Coasters Skate Center was reopened in 2006 under new owners, the Saint family, which operates Skate Center Florence and Mega Skate.

Business Owner
Mark Saint started in Roller Skating in 1978 at Carousel Skate Center in Huntsville as a skateroom attendant. His family reopened Archie’s skating rink in Guntersville in 1979 as Carousel Skate Center. In 1983 they purchased Skate Center Florence and built Mega Skate in 1988 in Albertville. After unsuccessful attempts at purchasing facilities in Huntsville, they were finally able to enter that market in 2006 with the purchase of Roller Coasters in Owens Crossroads.
