Established in 2010.

The firm of O & G Tax and Accounting Services, LLC was formed in 2010, by Alex Oware, a CPA with the Commonwealth State of Massachusetts.

Our firm specializes in all areas of tax and financial accounting. We provide these services to individuals, businesses, estates, trusts, and not-​for-​profits. Our services include tax preparation for all states, including returns for citizens living abroad

Meet the Business Owner

Alex O.

Business Owner

Alex Oware received his M.B.A. Degree from Colorado Heights University in Denver, CO. In addition, he is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Alex worked for various large and medium sized companies while maintaining a part-​time tax and accounting practice for ten years before expanding his firm to a full-​time accounting and consulting practice.

During his years in industry, Alex worked extensively with budgeting, profit planning and projection, operations analysis, as well as cost accounting, and taxes of all types.

In his own accounting practice he has worked with and advised small and start-​up businesses, as well as medium to large businesses in the areas of organization, monthly accounting, taxes, business opportunity analysis and planning.

In addition, he maintains a large clientele of individual clients whom he advises on taxes as well as preparing their personal and business income tax returns.

Alex is a fellow member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public
